Her esper power is just electricity but not just any "shoot out of my hand" electricity,, she can also freely control electricity through conduction and make iron sand(in s1, she makes a sword-like weapon out of iron sand to make physical contact with Touma as her esper is useless against him). She can also bring thunder from above, cause power outage, and in s2, blew a fuse out of desperation and almost killed Touma.
The ability is electromaster and her nickname is The Railgun of Tokowadai come on guys it's like you never watched the anime or any videos about the LNs this is pretty basic stuff

i see a lot of people saying accelerator's esper power is vector manipulation or similar, that is what it does and many scientists call it that, but his power has always been called accelerator, which is why people started calling him that instead of his real name (we don't ever hear his real name because of this) SOME esper powers can have their names changed as well, for example Misaka's used to be called electro master until she discovered how to do the railgun

CRC even refers to him as a “scientific ESPer” in their fight, and KnT possesses the same AIM core as an AIM thought being like Kazakiri or Aiwass and refers to himself as “nothing more than an ability- a distortion of quantum mechanics” implying that he is an AIM burst or similar. The best bet we have for Touma’s ESPer power is that it’s the Dragon Shell, but even that assumption is shaky.
