A more accurate power scaling of Aizen would be High Complex Multiversal which would place him 28th spot.

are you serious about your arguments? if in your conception a character needs to have infinite power to be boundless then even saitama and goku could be boundless/tier 0 with extreme ease, but this is actually quite the opposite, boundless/tier 0 is not easy to get, and it's not going to be a game that will get boundless nowadays, for a character to be boundless he needs to not be limited to anything in his verse and transcend high 1-A herarchies to be tier 0 and kirby's verse doesn't even have infinite higher dimensions to be at least high 1-B (aleph 0)

@@user-uc4up9xh9b No not really how that works, psykers channel the inmaterium in order to modify the reality of the materium which is why the paria gene is effective against them since they cut that connection if it was purely a soul thing we wouldn't really see things like barriers being utilized by psykers. On that topic although reality manipulation seems over powered the Emperor hasn't really shown any feat that would make him 1-A nor have minor psykers like Malcador, Magnus, Mefiston, or the Eldari added to that if he were 1-A the webway battle wouldn't have been much of an issue with that type of fire power cause send as many deamons as you want but unless they are all Daemon princes buffed by the gods like current Angron was with Khorne a couple months ago which they were not considering custodes were cutting through them like butter then they wouldn't even stand a chance
There is an argument for the current emperor to be leagues stronger than pre heresy emperor however throne emperor has his soul shattered, has schizophrenia, and needs to keep a portal to a place filled with deamons closed with his psychic ability (he cannot make the portal on his own the throne does that) added to that unlike Khrone who I mentioned before who possesed Angron to one punch man a planet throne emperor when he Possesed Guilliman to fight Daemon Prince Mortarion didn't show that type of power when needed the most.
Conclusion: The Emperor should be at around continental level and even then it might be a stretch throne emperor should at most be at like lunar level
