My exact thoughts.
The city was evacuated because of the monster attack. Superman can hear people from space literally. If there were truly people in theses buildings he would have not attacked Saitama here. And Saitama don't even pay a lot of attention for the civilians when he fight giants opponents. Just look at the way he beat that titan in the first episode of One punch man.
Superman is only in the wrong, because instead of trying to calm the situation. He immediately attacked Saitama.

It's not like he gains muscles out of nowhere. He always had those muscles but don't use them as he always goes easy on everyone. When he gets serious, he uses the muscles you saw.

You should learn to make "impact frames", similar to anime, where when the character receives a critical hit, the first frame sees the characters in black and white tones, the second frame simply sees black, and the third frame is See the characters again in black and white tones, after the blow continues where it flies away. . google traslator sorry

Well usually he's immune to physical attack and his current comics version can tank the strongest magic of the multiverse powered by the 5th dimension and the antimatter one withouth any damage, so yeah he should take that with no damage axtually ☝️🤓

I love how this isn't just part 1 and 2 combined, but it has some extra added scenes to the animations making a great rewatch.
The punch at 7:40 has to be the most satisfying, smoothest, impactful attack I've ever seen in any type of animation fan made or not, you can feel he puts his wholse body, mind and soul in that punch

Current canon superman took the strongest multiversal magic attack powered by the strongest artefacts of the entire multiverse en powered by the 5th dimension and the antimatter, and he recieved almost no damage and was like "oh you're stronger than before". Knowing thzt he's "weak" to magic, for physical damage, lets say he's not immune, you should have at least a high-outerversal level of power in every punch to probably make him feels something. But is that fun to use this character? Absolutely not

Getting stronger and defying logic isn't exclusive to Saitama as every single character that is a little strong have the same, Superman is limitless. Not lnly that but Superman is immune to physicall attack and anyway, seeing the gap between galaxy+ and outerversal and based on how Saitama grows in power in the fight against comics garou, Saitama wouldnt even come close to his power in a billions of year (because Superman is above infinity)
