Superman one is pretty inaccurate, I know you love superman, I do too. But omniman is far faster, and has shown to be far more powerful. If you look at every one of omnimans fights, he packs quite a bit more of a punch. Like when he slung invincible 50 miles away or when omniman surface wiped the flaxans, or when omniman delfected a meteor the size of Texas.

Honestly I feel most of the characters here could have defeated Omni-man but he does have some inconsistancies with his abilities IMO. On the one hand he can fly fast enough to ignite the atmosphere, but on the other he can be noticably injured by Immortal and War Woman and War Woman was shown to be injured by having her face slammed into the ground and leaving only a minor hole from impact. I mean Superman, Goku, and Saitama can all hit with the force of freaking exploding stars or enough force to send ripples through the universe. Seriously Omni-man feels like hes out classed
