Nice project . I did similar project mini drone but that was also too heavy. These motors are powerful but not enough for this unfortunately. I did use some change like replacing the Arduino with esp8266 that one had wifi and more controls . And i used smd MOSFETs but after these changes i figured out the battery was also heavy. So i changed my battery after all these the drone was flying good but not for long .. anyway. Big shout out to the creator of the video explaining the basics..
Hi, i watched your complete video and found one major problem. Each motor produces around 20gm of thrust (15-30gm based on propellers, rpm, etc) so you have a weight limit of like 80gm max. Use high rpm motors, remove zero pcb to solder arduino, remove headers from arduino, use smd mosfet, resistor and pull-down resistor, remove excess wood (require multiple tests). use a small capacity battery and make its wire short to reduce more weight. This will significant drop the weight and will make your drone fly. See you next time (+1 Subscriber)

instead of these big mosfet try AO3400 SOT23 mosfets, they illl work fine here and try to use smd components as much as possible
