But even if he was, the statute of limitations has expired and the actual crime of hiding a crime that wasn’t a crime, does Rachel not understand? Is she really that dumb? Of course the judge is going to rule against Trump. He’s already violated the law by gagging Trump denying him of his First Amendment rights. Yes, that is a federal crime.
