Hi Andy, great to have the best double act on RUclips back doing vids. A nice little taster of what's to come, can't wait to watch your upcoming adventures. Safe travels both 👍👍
Seeing the video tells me all is well with the world. The chat between the two of you is comforting. Things are back to how they should be. It always feels though like Dave is squirming under the interrogation he gets from you Andy :) :)
Hi Andy, as always, you and Dave provide a high level of enjoyment - mostly with you ribbing Dave. I see that Dave is not the only one spending cash - you’ve purchased a new Klim jacket . Nice one. Can’t wait for the rest of the series. Thanks, Brian.
Nice to see you Boys back out on it always an interesting fun video looking forward to the next one, I’ve just thought I’ve changed from a GSA to KTM since you’re last video you Boys still with BMW😊
Good to see you both back! Dave is such a good sport to take your constant 'ribbing'.... I think you should give Dave a chance to turn the tables,. and highlight your frequent changes of bikes and the reasons behind the changes
The Connected Cradle for me is by far much better than having any other Nav device. Total connectivity of your phone, music and up to date Navigation, and wireless charging with extra charge port. Had it since my 1250GS was new last May and been to Europe last September covering 6 countries and never had any issues at all. Can import routes by GPX and it records your rides as well as allowing you to create routes. Off to Lake Como for 2 weeks end of June and taking in Lake Geneva, loads of Swiss Passes and Northern Italy and all routes planned and saved already. And French Alps in September. Seriously can’t recommend it highly enough. Get Dave to give me a shout if he’s stuck with anything 😀🙌
After my short experience with Garmin I know that I prefer phones. The only issue is that the vibrations can destroy your camera, no matter what dampener with your mount you use. I tested it and it still transfer some vibes.
@@andybcole I was away in Wales 2 weekends ago and instead of taking the sports touring bike (Kwak H2 SX) I took my street triple RS. It coped fantastically well, just strapped some Kreiga bags to pillion and a tank bag. Job done
Completely understand Dave using bike sat nav in car, I do. BMW demand £80.00 annually for car gps map update, free updates for the XT2, downside gps doesn’t play through the car audio system.
@@andybcole Thanks for the advice, will try, the car might accept more than one device. Never worked out how to turn car gps volume up, I’d look rather strange with helmet on for gps, phone and music in the car.
@@andybcole People already assume BMW drivers are prats, I’ll just confirm it. And the assumption that BMW bike riders are from the pipe and slipper demographic.
Thanks to everyone for the nice comments, very nice of you all. See you soon Dave.
Glad to have you back, missed your banter , looking forward to the summer trip reports .
I Must also add too this you guys have been missed on here, great laugh listening too the pair of you looking forward too the upcoming videos.👍👌

The Ducati V4 does keep catching my eye but not enough room in the garage!
Yes I can appreciate that I’m struggling to keep my license on the KTM 1290 would be even harder on the Ducati.

I love being the one doing the editing 😁

Very generous of you Steve 😁

Good to see you guys back. (Tell Dave Garmin Zumo XT is the way to go).
Give us a shout when you're up near Shrewsbury
Nice to see new content and Dave back on two wheels. Love the Urban GS, very tempted when the interest rates start to drop back a bit
I’m enjoying it, our trip to Wales this weekend may make me miss the GS though 😅

@@andybcole that’s a much better option. Make that GS work for a living
Watching Dave makes me feel better about money I've wasted 😅
Dave’s got a bit of ‘Paul Hollywood’ going on 😂🤣😂
He often gets mistaken….you can see the disappointment in their faces when they got close enough to realise…

I believe it will do if you pair it as a bluetooth phone (but you won't be able to pair your phone at the same time to the car audio)
