Hi Lokesh , I guess you are referring to a different Osman Nagar which had floods. Flood area location is" Osman nagar under Venkatapuram, Rangareddy , happened because of rains and water into Shukur Sagar / Venkatapuram Lakes. This Osman Nagar comes under Tellapur
