Be careful whoever want to invest/buy in Sumdhura Projects especially Hyderabad projects. Multiple issues that to very basic issues.

I brought a flat in West Brook in mid 2022. After watching this video, I was so tensed and worried so rushed to West Brook office and found that the project survey number is 90 and not 89 or 91 and do not fall under FTL/Buffer zone. Now I am much relaxed my investment is secured.
