    Would be interested in your journey working as an agency surgical technologist. I am myself considering leaving my current position at a community hospital to do agency work

      Welcome to the OR!! For me it was just repetition. I made flash cards as well, but repetition helped the most.

    Hey I just found you from Instagram, I have a question which one is much better between getting an associate degree for two years or certificate for one ? And is the pay the same for both ?

    • @fortheloveofsurgery
      @fortheloveofsurgery  3 года назад

      Pay is typically the same. One isn't necessarily better then the other.
