Every metal/rock drummer should thank God for Bill's existence. The fills are crazy. To think he was playing that 52 years ago is insane.
I think Sabbath were the OG Supergroup. They just didn't know it at the time. Four of the most talented musicians to exist just so happened to be in the right place at the right time... God is strange.

Sabbath was SOOOOOOO FAR AHEAD OF THEIR TIME to put this shit out originally half a century ago...50 yrs ago...insane..been listening to them for almost 40 yrs and still blows my mind how sick the early Sabbath shit was..

@@Pelanances the reason why I say he's underrated is because I'm a musician that hangs around with other musicians they never talk about Alex skolnick at all everything is Zakk Wylde Steve Vai Kirk Hammett so on and so on I never hear anything about Alex skolnick unless I bring him up and when I make comments about Alex skolnick everybody says the same thing nothing that's the same thing with Steve Harris from Iron Maiden

Kenny Hickey one of the drab four, Type O worshiped Black Sabbath and always had that influence in the music. Peter told a great story one time about how they were on tour with Sabbath and he was in line for food behind Geezer Butler and how he was nervous around him because he was afraid he'd find out that he'd stolen all of his bass lines LOL

@@missvjf5457, I haven’t heard of that name. I thought they had a band together called 7th Void or something like that? Did they change the name or is it a different lineup? I’m so stuck in the 90s that it’s hard for me to break the mindset of listening to new music. I’ll check em out.
