Great info... I messed up my knee, so I have been doing foot, ankle and knee stretching and strengthening exercises, to some progress... So then I applied myofascial to my legs, knees, ankles and it was following that, when my ability to move and feel strength in my knee was improved from an inability to walk my stairs to walking them as I would normally do so...
btw the guy who claim to do crossfit for a long time can even break the parallel on the squat?!, that be the first thing ppl in the gym would have corrected
promoting Mobility in the knee is NOT a good thing ...ask any residents training to be ortho surgeon, they start to operating on you when you have a very mobile knee lol
