Lots and lots of practise I can barely play Blackened riff (at a slower tempo as well) but don't necessarily need to look at the neck Still this right here is in another league, to sing and thrash at such speed, and some intricate fret work as well! We can only strive to become something like this, a sight to behold

If you want to hear Marty at his best check out the song "go off" by Cacophony. It starts out manic, but at 1:30 you'll hear, in my opinion, Marty's best vibrato/melody ever. And then Jason Becker takes over from 1:55 until the end of the song. You will NOT regret listening to it.

Back in 1992 I went to the Cincinnati Gardens to see suicidal tendencies & Megadeth , Suicidal Tendencies opened up for Megadeth I had a great time , I got my first contact buzz from all the people smoking bud around me , lost my voice from singing all night & got a flat on my car on the way back home & had to change it & had school the next day , all & all I had a great time & my dad kept me home the next day so I could get my voice back & have my tire fixed. I made out like a bandit tho the next day.
They literally ripped apart the roof on that night. No disrespect for Judas Priest but coming after this performance, even the mightiest of all would sweat and fail to reach the height.

I saw them on this tour. The aggression was off the chain. This lineup really came out of the blocks with a point to prove and delivered. There are many bands that imitate other bands and do well, but NOBODY imitates Megadeth. Simply a level above.
