I love that this is a blind run!
It's possible to turn on the timer on this map to compare times between different runs?
Anything is possible. But what other runs should I do?

Have you yet tried Beamng career mode?
Not yet. Several people have requested it, but I was personally waiting for career mode to be fully released

sintilla off-road is better for things like this but harder becose it is stil low
