I think Top Gun: Maverick is way too low on the list and deserves to be at least in the top 3. That movie was simple yet almost perfectly executed with a great father-son type of story in the centre.

I saw Avatar in theaters and really enjoyed it! I thought the story was a bit forgettable but the visuals and the characters were a ton of fun. As for bullet train, haven't seen it although my dad has told me to watch it multiple times now so I may have to check it out.
