You just revved up my Nervous/Retreater type to get this book right away. Dr Lise has her finger on my pulse. She has unashamed me from being pre-traumatized for feeling so much of the pain of the sorry state of our world and maybe find a way to live better on my way through these difficult days. Many thanks to Tami for bringing her up to the front burner and most of all to Dr. Van Susteren for her prescient gift to our world right now.

I am victim of domestic violence, racism and bullying. I been through a lot of it. I protect myself by isolating myself which I have been doing for years besides being mistreated and ostracized by my community. What kind of advice you have for me.

Beautiful and so accurate - pre traumatic syndrome!!!! This is the base of all anxieties....anxiety is worrying about the future and depression is worrying about the past 🙏💖🇦🇺

The pandemic is worse being fuelled by global narcissism via the protagonists pushing multibillion agendas. Thank you though this is helpful in healing self
