Love this! So much of what he has shared aligns beautifully with what I've learned in recovery from drugs and alcohol. It's crazy to think The drugs and alcohol were the solution for me to get through life for so long and it brought me so far down onto my knees to a point of surrender to be open enough to see a different way of being which is what I was looking for from the very beginning. For him it was A simple conversation with a friend That made him question that inner voice For me was unbelievable pain and suffering that I did to myself people around me. No matter,, I am grateful for the journey now. 9 years sober.
I discovered "The Untethered Soul" 3 years ago and continue to reread it. I went further and purchased all of Michael Singer's audio discussions as well as the Sounds True "Living From a Place of Surrender" course when it was released. I repeat listen to all of it. I often feel like a cult of one, so it's a treat to hear Tami engage with Michael and drill down on the course and seek clarification for some of the teachings. As Michael points out here -- as well in the course -- these teachings don't bear instant fruit. It's a lifetime's endeavor. At the end of Session 8 of the Sounds True course he implores the listener to continue working with the material, to not treat it as a weekend course that you took and then move on to the next thing. The teachings aren't complicated, they're deep, and it takes constant concerted attention and awareness to cut through the thicket of a lifetime's conditioning and samskaras that have formed. I don't find any conflict in Michael's teachings to those offered by many of the other fine teachers on the Sounds True roster, but for me at least, jumping from one teacher to the next becomes a distraction to going deep. Michael's teachings can keep you busy enough for a LONG time. It's changed and is changing me. He's been a true gift. Thank you, Michael. Thank you, Tami.
Haha! love it Stephen, thanks for sharing. I've just discovered him and was feeling like a cult of one as well! Haha. Just such a great way to express it. I couldn't put the book down - stayed up until 4am.. Have booked into the course, and have bought as much as I can so far. LOL!!!!! AMAZING! I think it will be a lifetime's read. I must admit I've gone off to read/watch a healing yogi since, as there are so many references to these. Anyway, thanks for the share. Consider yourself in an online cult of two?? :)
That is very true and I love it. I love being present and in this moment. It really is all that counts. The problem here. Is I need a better solution? Because people will automatically take you for a ******* ride. Behind your back they will steal your ****. Surrendering, I understand isn't passive. But we need a narrative. I have been isolated also for over 2 years after losing my spouse. Since I "woke up" 2 months ago, I am no longer disturbed inside by anything Michael teaches it so well..💗
This is a very very important and useful conversation that as many people as possible should listen to. Tami asked several times about the "letting go" and another practical way to look at doing it is acceptance. When someone criticises you, accept it! Rather than getting angry and thinking of the best retaliation, just accept, tell yourself that yes, his person actually does think that I am this way or that way or I don't do things to their liking or admiration and that is the reality, accept it and that's the end of that, because you don't hold onto your own idea of how you would have wanted them to think of you. And you are free!
SO Grateful for the presence of one of the wisest person sharing this to assist everyone in moving beyond our so called comfort zones & raise our frequency. The Untethered Soul has remained one of my top 3 favorite books. Thanks Tami for interviewing Michael & all of your efforts in helping in the Ascension of the planet. ~*~

This interview. Wow. I don’t know how I found it or how it found me, but I had a genuine moment while he spoke. I started weeping for all the programming that I allow to negatively impact my reality. And those around me. It rang so true to me. I’ve never been compelled by anyone to buy and online course of this cost, but I absolutely cannot think of anything better to spend my money on. Bless you both for this opportunity.
I just found this book last week on a recommendation from Naval Ravikant. Started listening in the morning with the intention of getting through a few chapters and ended up leaving the headphones in all day and finishing the book. No doubt one of the best, if not the best spiritual books ever written. I intend to visit Mr. Singer in Florida as soon as his temple re-opens. The book changed my life in a day. I was also fascinated to find out that he was the person who led Swami Muktananda to visit prison inmates, as my first experience with this topic was the course that Baba produced for people who are incarcerated. Very likely would never have happened without Mr. Singer. I owe this man, as that course put me on the spiritual path and made my prison experience one of the best things that ever happened to me.
This is one of the best sessions I've heard. The questions were perfectly aligned to what popped in my mind. No inane interruptions when he was answering the questions. Thank you so much! I will be listening again and take notes on many of the practical examples 🥰🎉

Thank you for these lessons, and particularly for asking the questions that may be difficult for the guest to answer, but which are exactly what we are wondering. Most grateful for your interviews and what you bring to us.
I just completed the 8 episode course "Living from a Place of Surrender" last evening. And I am going to watch it again. I am so enjoying this surrender technology. It is so simple. I didn't say "easy", I said simple. I love leaning back and experiencing what there is to experience. Yesterday I fell headfirst in the shower. Saw stars. My first thought was that I would be spending time in the hospital. My second thought was Mickey saying "This will only happen a few times in your life, so use it to go to God!" And I did. It was immediately relaxing. Gave my next moments freedom as I surrendered. What a triumph. I did not go to the hospital, and I was able to experience that fear in surrender. Beautiful. Tami and Mickey I'm showing parts of this to my 13yr old daughter and she loves it; It's my delight to see that she gets it instantly. I've done tons of work, from est to Unity, many workshops..... and now this. I'm going to watch this series again, it is so rich. Mickey, you might recall we met when you were hosting Yogi Desai and I was visiting on legal business; you took me for a tour and told me your story. I know that the Universe was creating the time we had together for 13.8 billion years but why in the universe couldn't you have mentioned this surrender technology then? Damn man, I'd be enlightened by now!! (I know I know, we're not supposed to claim enlightenment, and believe me, I don't; I'm still several samskaras from that..) And yet what you did teach me that day about your accumulation of the Temple property, your service to your Lord and your morning prayer ritual, has been a great help to me many days; and a teaching I pass on to my clients and the people of my spiritual center I serve here in Michigan. Tami and Mickey I'm in your debt and forever grateful. Dear Reader, this interview between Tami and Mickey Singer is a nice appetizer. Enjoy the feast. Participate in the full course, I respectfullly suggest.
Deeply appreciative of Michael Singer and his no-nonsense ways. It's refreshing to have a teacher be so direct and cut through the ego's subtle and not-so-subtle ways of keeping us stuck in conditioned patterns. I borrow from his teaching methods and examples and apply them in my practice. I particularly like how he talks about breaking free of addictive patterns. It's empowering for addicts to understand and know that they have the willpower to quit using. Bowing deeply ~
Let go ND Let God.. Thy will not mine be done This interview helped me deeply understand on a practical application level what the above 2 phrases ive heard n believed to be truth mean. Thx
Resonated with every word this Beautiful Man said, iv been working with all he spoke about for many years and he has inspired and encouraged me to keep at it, thankyou both,
One of the best things I ever read was the process of how we can actually change. In situations where we are triggered you have the situation/person that triggers something in you and then your reaction. The place for change comes in that small space in time....(sometimes a second) between what they said or did and your reaction. This is where change occurs. This is achieved by remaining present so you are aware and can choose how and if you react as opposed to going into autopilot.
Tami made the conversation so clear and deep, very insightful. It might sounds like ‘passive’ when Michael say letting go when being unfairly criticised but I understood in the end it’s not suppress it but let go of the ego first, then calmly interact with the environment. (Not act out or suppress your shadow)
Michael singers teachings have given positive shift in my conciosness. His deep states shared by him in a simple ,open and honest way, creates positive vibrations and motivates me.Thank you
My deepest love and respect and gratitude towards you, only your explanations pulled me out of half a year long meditations which was causing a lot of trouble with their side effects. You not just pull out if that situation also changed entire perspective or course of my life through teachings on surrender experience. Again my sincere and deepest gratitude towards you.
The mind is like a computer normally for people the mind is always talking about what is wrong. When you are not listening to that negative voice in your mind you have let go of the past and are open to greater ideas and energy that you have lost in the first place due negative past experiences.
I've been a very slow seeker. I've not practiced on any kind of consistent basis. I don't like admitting this, however it is the truth. I stumbled upon the audio book of The Untethered Soul and am no listening to it for the 2nd time. I absolutely love the way this author explains "letting go." So simplified even I understand. Am enjoying this interview immensely. I thank you and I truly adore your intellect. The way you convey a message I have been longing for for years. I owe you a debt of gratitude. I can finally see myself practicing this on a regular basis. Thank you again!
Michael's teachings are so relevant to the whole spectrum of life's issues not only huge difficult life events but the day to day issues that we don't notice drain us. For the first time I can look at how much of life is just run on auto pilot. We need to switch off the auto pilot and plot our own route and direction. Thanks to all who contribute. Steve M

I'm very grateful that I have found you on youtube and have listened to many talks, and this one is particularly great.
Many thanks....
Tami, 🙏 thank you. Michael thank you. I am beyond grateful.
Thank you so much for this information. I strive to become clear and centred. And teach my children to be here in the now and not to be reactive. To look at every situation as an opportunity to grow and to learn. There is so much to learn, to grow & expand. This earth is amazingly beautiful and that’s what I want to experience.🦋
I am so greatful for this podcast and the work that Michael Singer has done in his life and being willing to share this with us.

Thank you Tami and Micheal we'll done .😊 Let's spread the teachings as we learn for a better world.🙏
Saving this to return to. Awaken the Christ-consciousness inside and send love and light to everyone and everything (still working on this myself). I ask for my ego to be reduced and my love to be increased. Thank you Universe!
Yes
I have been listening to thousands of podcasts and this one is the most amazing i heard. Thank you so much for sharing .

I am glad you said different practices to lift your energy work for different people
I feel like I spent my life , my spiritual journey looking for this and finding it now makes me feel like it’s all making sense
If love to see a film of The surrender experiment !! It would be a block buster - the story of is amazing and will show people that a very real and influential tech billionaire got there just by surrendering. This film would do more for persuading people to be more “ spiritual “ than anything - what an amazing and inspirational story and I’m M going to live this way.
So much sense that I need to be told with self isolation, living alone and no family around. When loneliness kicks in meditation morning and before sleep help ........
so love your books and interviews.
I have been isolated also for over 2 years after losing my spouse. Since I "woke up" 2 months ago, I am no longer disturbed inside by anything
Michael teaches it so well..💗
❤️❤️❤️
This is a very very important and useful conversation that as many people as possible should listen to.
Tami asked several times about the "letting go" and another practical way to look at doing it is acceptance. When someone criticises you, accept it! Rather than getting angry and thinking of the best retaliation, just accept, tell yourself that yes, his person actually does think that I am this way or that way or I don't do things to their liking or admiration and that is the reality, accept it and that's the end of that, because you don't hold onto your own idea of how you would have wanted them to think of you. And you are free!
thank you Michael for your teachings; one of the many things I like about them is that they are universal and completely non-denominational
I love Tami’s questions. Thank you for sharing 🙏💖🦋

What a wonderful gift you have given us. Thank you both.
Bless you both for this opportunity.
thank you Tami, your work is so important now more than ever. thank you
This is a brand new way to live. I want to learn to just LET GO. You have created a force of nature itself to really live in freedom.
He changed my life!!
Thank you, Mr. Singer! I enjoyed this talk immensely!
This totally is the Great Innvocation in action. And may it seal the door we're evil dwells. Amen.
What a gift...I will listen again and again. Thank You both🙏🏼
Love this! Thank you sounds true for making this world a better place.
Thanks 🙏 Mr. Michael Singer ! I really enjoyed listening to your speech. You are amazing! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
This is amazing. Michael Singer is great and his teaching is awesome!
This is one of the best sessions I've heard. The questions were perfectly aligned to what popped in my mind. No inane interruptions when he was answering the questions.
Thank you so much! I will be listening again and take notes on many of the practical examples 🥰🎉

Thank you, Michael! Your course is keeping me sane from this quarantine.
Thank you for these lessons, and particularly for asking the questions that may be difficult for the guest to answer, but which are exactly what we are wondering. Most grateful for your interviews and what you bring to us.
I’m absolutely loving this course, Living from a Place of Surrender. It’s a life changer. So grateful. 🙏
Thank you so very much for this recording…the wisdom this carries is truly gift for all…I am blessed to have found it! TYTYTY…🙏🙏🙏
May the Light of the World shine on all of You dear Souls 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
There is no one in love with what is. Surrender to what is so beautiful love it. Thank You many will realize there true nature . 🙏
Let go ND Let God..
Thy will not mine be done

As said ...”there are only three ways to live - in acceptance, joy or enthusiasm...” 💕😊

Love, love Singer, and wasn't that Eckhart Tolle who also said that?
@@cataniaj I think that is a Buddhist saying
Hey Wow! This channel was found in the year I was born 😊❤ and I love this channel. Thank you for spreading peace and light
The willingness to go through what it takes to let go ... 💜
I'm
This is so remarkable. An absolute must listen period.
Wonderful great honest teacher. I've been listening to Eckhart Tolle for years, and this calm teacher was great expanding on surrender.
Amazing interview full of insights, wisdom and practical tips for personal and spiritual growth. Thank you Michael. 🙏
Resonated with every word this Beautiful Man said, iv been working with all he spoke about for many years and he has inspired and encouraged me to keep at it, thankyou both,
This is a really, really good and professional interview. Thank you so very much.
Perfect book for me at this precise moment - thanks Michael, Tami Simon, "Sounds True."
Tami made the conversation so clear and deep, very insightful. It might sounds like ‘passive’ when Michael say letting go when being unfairly criticised but I understood in the end it’s not suppress it but let go of the ego first, then calmly interact with the environment. (Not act out or suppress your shadow)
Thank you Michael Singer, Tami Simon and Sounds True for sharing this beautiful piece of work. Highly inspiring !
Best interviewer of all times ! thank you 🙏🏻
simply profound ! Your journey within got you here. Grateful for every moment .
I like the interviewer, too she has a soothing voice. Very interesting interview and teaching, thank you Michael🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you so much for these priceless teachings 💖🤍💖
This interview I feel has changed the course of my life consciously. Thank you🙏🏼
This podcast is a game changer!
The mind is like a computer normally for people the mind is always talking about what is wrong. When you are not listening to that negative voice in your mind you have let go of the past and are open to greater ideas and energy that you have lost in the first place due negative past experiences.
Very appreciative of the insights and the pace of the interviewer and the whole podcast. Thank you, guys
The way you convey a message I have been longing for
for years. I owe you a debt of gratitude. I can finally see myself practicing this on a regular basis. Thank you again!
"Time" was never real.
Thank you 🙏💖
Michael's teachings are so relevant to the whole spectrum of life's issues not only huge difficult life events but the day to day issues that we don't notice drain us. For the first time I can look at how much of life is just run on auto pilot. We need to switch off the auto pilot and plot our own route and direction. Thanks to all who contribute. Steve M
