- Reviewing the upcoming 1/8 scale diecast partwork build of the very famous Australian Ford Falcon XB GT from Hachette Collections. I will say it is a very s[itting image of the last of the V-8 Interceptors from the original Mad Max movie.

Looks like a very interesting kit
from what I have seen it will be a must have for any Mad Max fan.
Awesome thanku for this 👍👍
Thanks Andrew, it's going to be an epic build!
Ian, The real world Ford Falcon XB came with various options: 200ci 6-cyl (3.3L), 250ci 6-cyl (4.1L), 302ci V8 (4.9L) or 351ci V8 (5.8L).
I'm sure in the film it was the 5.8 litre (351ci) V8.
The stunt car may not have had the 351 but the hero was depicted to have one as far as I am aware.
@@PitstainHobbies the real life car has a 351 cleveland
Thx man...351 5.8L
Glad I'm not loosing my marbles in my old age, thanks for confirming it was a 351.
no side police shields
Not as of these preview photos, licensing can be very tricky, hence why they do not say Mad Max or Interceptor in any of the marketing materials so far. I am hopeful the aftermarket will have a simple decal or dry transfer option if this ends up being the case.
WHERE GETTING THE PURSUIT SPECIAL! 😱😍
