How to: Exit DFU MODE WITHOUT Restoring iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, STEP BY STEP!

- Disclaimer: Do this at your own risk, I am not responsible for any damage to your iPhone although I highly doubt anything will happen.
In this video, I will teach you how to get your iPhone out of DFU MODE if redsn0w crashed or perhaps your friend thought it was a funny joke, without restoring. This is for DFU MODE not recovery mode..Although iTunes may say recovery mode, this is the recovery mode I am talking about:
1) If you try to power on your iPhone and it wont because you entered DFU MODE with redsn0w and nothing shows up on the screen then this is for you.
-if you have an itunes symbol with a USB cable on your iPhone screen then this is NOT for you.
Alright, the steps are simple.
1) Charge up your iPhone for a while. (I have heard that being in DFU MODE will not allow you to charge the iphone but it won't hurt to try..leave it charged for 4 hours if this doesn't work.
2) Unplug the iPhone from the computer and hold BOTH the home and power button until the apple logo is shown, once thats done, just wait for your iPhone to restart.

I am using an iPhone 4S and after following your instructions my phone still doesn't wanna power on. The apple logo comes on but for a few seconds and it goes back to show a usb cable connecting to iTunes. What should I do ? Please help.
I can't get it to work. I had my phone plugged in and doing a software update to 7.0 and it is now stuck in recovery mode I guess. I've tried everything by your instructions, and others, doing the same things, but nothings working. iTunes doesn't show my device when I plug it in either. help!

My power button doesn't work and I am stuck on activation and it also says on iTunes : the iPhone you are trying to activate has no SIM card installed. What do I do? Because I can't enter Dfu mode through iTunes either.

I need help with my Iphone 5c. The screen went blank after I remove it from my pocket. I never drop it or anything. It just went blank. At first it shows a little backlight but you can't see anything on it.. Then I can hear some text message coming in, sri is working, then my friend told me to drain the battery, which I did which took me 3 days. Then nothing happen. Then I started doing some troubleshooting using itunes. I press the sleep/open button and the home, using my USB cable attached to my pc, my itunes recognized it and ask me to either restore or update. I tried both, but once there, it continues to fail, saying my that my phone has a passcode and must enter first to proceed. HOW CAN I ENTER THE PASSCODE ON MY PHONE IF THE ONLY THING IT DOES IS MAKING THAT BLINKING SOUND WITH A BLANK SCREEN. Sri and everything is no longer working, and all it does whenever I attached the USB Cable is that blinking sound over and over. Tried restoring and removing the passcode via Icloud, but it says that it can't find my phone because the phone isn't connected to the internet.. I am totally helpless here. Tried many other sites, but can't find the answer. Please help me.......

but mine is in DFU mode and got partially through restoring before it said error on itunes. not the software is extracted and im stuck in DFU mode with a dead battery. how do i get around this? the only thing i can think of is to charge the dead battery with a working phone
charge it first because for restoring needs battery else the ioperating system (ios) will fail to install
