Absolutely! It is the foundation of everything in our nation. Sports, Art, Education, Healthcare, Food etc. I believe the way we take our country back from corporate greed is build off grid communities and start trading with each other. Easier said than done though.
@Tiger_Trades21 I agree but that definitely would be tough. The vast majority are hooked on a system that caters to every need within seconds and have minimal to no skills to do the things needed for that type of lifestyle.
@@RedLegPiper You are absolutely right, the vast majority of people wouldn't be able to adapt to such a lifestyle, especially the younger people I think. I myself plan to build such a community with solar panels, rain catchers, wells, crops, cattle, horses etc. It will be a ton of work, but I think something to be proud of. I've been learning to trade financial markets (hence my name) and I plan on using the money I make to fund all these projects I want to work on.
I used to say pay your house first, I changed it pay your car payment and insurance on the car, because if you loose the house you have your car to sleep in, that’s the trend today... How Saddddd
I don't agree because if I lose my house there's like 20 hotels on every block so I would just go check into one or stay at a shelter it's not really much of an option but it's better then a car because if it's just a car then your going to be woken up and told to leave you can't park here! There's more risk to jail time because if you don't have a roof you can just camp on the same property they kicked you off of a car would draw attention. You just hang there at night time until the housing agency finds you a place because some of these houses stay vacant for decades until someone moves in. You could also pitch a tent in the backyard as long as you tear it down because it's well hidden and we know the neighbors would probably not snitch on us because we have spoken to them they don't agree about them kicking us out over maintenance issues either because we already paid them back.
@unicorn73212 I've been in my car and was never bothered! I parked in a little quiet Neighborhood across from a golf course as long as you're not drawing attention to yourself it's really fine.. I'd rather be in my car than a shelter that smells like piss and vomit.. and looks so un well kept. My car would feel like home for sure.
I don't give a damn about what other people think of me. Because they don't pay my bills. And I empress myself every day for surviving through this bullshit.
@fireonhair yeah we cook at home 6 days a week and enjoy dine in one day a week. Even that is expensive. Family of 4 for one meal is $100 at crappy Applebee's lmao. Four years ago, that same trip was $60
I don't care what anybody thinks. I sold my house in the city that cost a forture to keep up & bought me some land & a mobile home out in a rural area that will fulfill my needs for the rest of my life. I too drive a 2005 Yukon that still has less than 150K miles. I'm paying off my last credit card & I only owe less than 20K on my land that I plan to pay off by the end of next year.
🎉amazing . That's my plan !!! Also if you have good land and property you could rent the land out on Hi-Camp and make some extra money towards paying everything off ...🎉
Me and my gf live full time in our CamperVan, we spent 6 months building it then left our apartment at the end of the lease , we both have amazing full time jobs, and stealth camp in our city. We love it. Keep all of our checks. I work in food service and it feeds us for free. We love life and are loaded with cash.
Agree. I don't like the van life channels thst glory about their 200k conversion and all the shit absolutely no one can relate to. However, the simple and minimal lifestyle on the road that most viewers understand are refreshing to watch.
Philippians 4:6-7 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Moved out of 1,500 dollars per month apartment to a shared one for 500 bucks, sold my car and walk to and from work 40 mins each way, stopped buying new phones every year, buy clothes maybe once or twice a year, stopped my gym membership and some streaming services and finally bought myself a nice 70 inch TV,I've decided to become a hermit and the results are extraordinary on my finances granted I've killed my social life but its feels liberating......
I was eating cardboard in 2011. Ppl CLOWNED ON my ford focus. Now I have my house paid, ford f150 paid, and a savings. All I can pray for now is stay healthy. Only god knows what’s next
My idea of dining out is buying a frozen entree. No more restaurants 😢 I've deprived and scrimped and saved my entire life and I'm in my 60s. Never experienced such inflation. Thank you Jesus for my blessings. Please protect us 🙏🤲📿
In such a situation it's better to have a small piece of land and plant some food of your own: vegetables, berries, fruit. Saved us in the 90s in Russia. There was a time when potato was the main food my family had and chicken was for special days.
There's two things that benefited me the most, no children, and no bad debt. Now, I do have to increase my income. That's why i'm learning new skills. I've also been saving and investing my money aggressively. Scary time we living in. I wish everybody my blessings. Be safe folks.
@recabitejehonadab2654 true many people lose money in a crash, but if you don't pull it out, it comes back and doubles. Overall, investing your money is a way better solution than using a bank or stuffing it under a mattress for 30 years. Even cashing out during a market crash would yield you more than hard cash would.
@@RedLegPiperit's also an abomination to God to make money off of the downfall of you're own people. Stocks are pure evil and don't get me started on eBay swindling since when does a 5$ product get a 15$ dollar price tag that's highway robbery.
Because u pay ur mortgage doesn't mean u really own it. Governments can change laws & make it illegal for u to own a home. When mortgage is paid u still have to pay taxes & up keep on the house such as fixing roofs mowing lawns appliances etc. Dont pay your taxes & u will see who owns ur home real quick. U also have to pay insurance. No one has control over how much taxes are.
@joshuaturnage5243 we truly own nothing. The fact we pay taxes to the government for the DIRT under our feet should be criminal. I'd still rather have a paid off house than rent though. My taxes and insurance combined is $1,200/year
And thank god for property tax or corporations would own every speck of land in this country, owning land at no cost sounds great in theory until there is no land left for sale.
you're paying for those things when you rent too, it's just obscured. What I pay by owning is about 2 months worth of whatever level of rent you pay on an equivalent property. I'll gladly keep that extra 10 months of cash in my own pocket by owning, thanks! People that say stuff like you do end up broke because you don't follow the trail to its conclusion, just say LOOK! in outrage at how it works and then don't go any further, which leads you to fail.
@Propitiation Most people don't have enough for a 400 dollar emergency. 10k can give you 6 months of looking for another job without worry. Crazy how people live in different situations :O

Had a job making over 20$ plus an hour but now im paying for it with my health. Was a good job at first but now im almost disabled. The job became way to physical where i had to quit bc i was in so much pain. I need at least two different surgeries. One for a oblique strain and a severe lat strain in my back. Can't afford surgery with my current insurance plan and can't really work anywhere to pick up some good benefits. Moral of the story to sacrifice your health to gain wealth. You will have to use your wealth to try an gain back your health.
Vanity and superficial living is what is killing people today. Because they have a friend or a neighbor, or someone they see online who seems to have it better, they feel they should too, or feel less then, because they do not. This mentality has always been there but nothing as strong and prevelant as it is today.
Bought a home in Arizona for $360,000 in 2019. Current mortgage $338,000. Current home value $400,000. Plant to sell it in 5 years, take the money on top of savings, buy mobile home on land, and retire that way. No other debt, no car payments, and trying to keep it that way.
I have a spreadsheet with every cent I earned and every cent I spent since 1999. It was my path to financial freedom. People don’t realize where their money goes if it isn’t captured and shown. Using a spreadsheet with history, you can look back and project your expenses (and earnings) going forward.
I am retired and rent right now where I live is for a one bedroom $950.00 that's the cheapest and you pay all utilities. It's keeping everyone in a strong hold. This man is speaking the truth It's not going get any better out there in this world.
High costs of living states or cities are gonna be tough to really get ahead in. The Midwest is fairly still "affordable" outside of the major metro areas, but jobs aren't as well paid either. The further away from any major city limit, in my opinion the better and more affordable, but even that comes at a cost in other areas.
I got fed up with our debt in 2016 and started paying everything off. We will be completely debt free by next spring, including our mortgage. It will take a total of 9 years, but we had about $300k in debt.
We sold our 2000sq ft home 2 yrs ago in the big city. I built a weekend 400 sq ft log cabin on 40 acres in 2016. No heat, no plumbing, no well, etc. I worked very hard and paid the land off as well as the cabin in 2016. We live here full time now. Went from large house payment and outrageous utility bills, to zero utility bills and no mortgage. No car payments and dropped my bad habits like tobacco and alcohol. Built our daughter her own tiny cabin, and now she's 18 and working a full-time job and saving every penny she can while she lives at home. Moral of my story, us blue collar folks need to prepare to live below our means. This man is correct, im 44 yrs old and the old American Dream is no longer there. Now my dream is to do everything i can to support my wife, daughter, and those around me that will need housing. 40 acres allows me plenty of room to build a few small cabins for those i love, should they need help. Thats the only skill i can bring to the table is survival. Been doing it for year's and learning from my mistakes. Awesome video my man!

Yes we are being programmed to be wage slaves and the young ppl can't think critically to get themselves ahead. Don't be offended by my comment, instead think of how to get out of this matrix system. The problem with most ppl these days is the mentality of " I need to have this and that to fit in and have a good life". Everyone wants to be respected in their community whether they want to admit it or not, and they think material possessions and outward status will get them that respect. That's why ppl buy things they cannot afford to look a certain way to get respect from ppl around them. Learn to be humble and make sacrifices to get ahead and everything else will follow.
If I were to encapsulate your message, it’s this: less is more, anymore. It’s sage advice. I’m new to your channel here - I love your energy. I turned 40 this year and I too am questioning everything. It’s the quintessential mid-life crisis here for me in Dallas, TX. You’re a splash of color in an otherwise dull and drab existence. True we are our own worst enemies. When you get older you can’t start over again, I lost my way for a few years over severe depression but I am back at it again and much better off. I don’t know if things have changed all that much I seem to remember hearing stuff similar to this 40 years ago of course I didn’t listen. Some advice to someone older and alone if you own that house then rent out a room and recover some of that property tax and insurance
I am single, drive a 2003 Dodge Ram. Insurance is $23 a month and I don't drive much. I own a 2 bedroom house that's not paid off but has super low payments I can pay a lot extra on a month. I rent out the other bedroom to a trustworthy person. Only eat meals I make at home. I wear cheap jeans and t shirts. I have absolutely no desire to impress anyone with material possessions. I actually really love seeming to be poor. I am content and never worry about money. Now I just need to find a job I like to do and I'll be set!

Having physical lists and a projected net income graph completely turned my life around. 30 years ago I was in and out of jail, was perpetually in debt, going down a bad path. I read an Anthony Robbins book (Awaken the giant within). Now I own a mountain. No debt, 30 year marriage, kids that still like me, the whole nine yards. Didn't cost me a cent except the paper and the ink. I had ten things I wanted out of life (peace of mind was #1). You have to physically read the list every day. I had laminated it and put it in the shower. Read that list every morning for a year or two. Took 10 years to accomplish everything on it, even the things I never in a million years thought I would. Once you realize that it works, lists become part of your life, a roadmap to where you want to be. Don't pay anyone for guidance, guide yourself, write out a list. It's literally that easy (but it DOES take time!!!).
You have to be sick and tired really. Rock bottom type shit. I'm proud of you. And I'm sure tour family has been blessed because of your actions to make a change. We'll done man. Mad respect.
@@RedLegPiper I liken it to the new car phenomenon...you buy a new car, and suddenly you SEE the same car everywhere, even though they were already there (your brain wasn't programmed to see them). When your brain sees "debt free" on a piece of paper, it programs itself to look for things that will help with that goal, it really is that simple. If you don't have a map to your goals, you will never get there. It's just simple fact, and it's FREE. 100% FREE, and you don't have to do anything except write out a list and pin it to the wall. Our minds are phenomenal machines, but you gotta point them in a direction or at least feed in the criteria. Subbed.
@tombstoneranch69 Not only that, the new feeling wares off within a few months, and then buyers' remorse kicks in with most things. At least it did for me, lmao.
Wise words. We've always been able to put some amount of money away no matter how little we made. But then we're not the kind of people who want to keep up with the neighbors. Our cars are from 2009, 2010, and 2015 and they are all paid off and work fine. Our house is ours and we keep a budget to work by. Sure we go over it sometimes as things happen, but it's a good planning tool. People believe that hard times are here...but it hasn't begun yet. It's going to be bad, especially for the retirees living on a fixed budget as they just can't run out and get a 2nd or 3rd job. Good luck to you all.
-People who make less than 65k should only get taxed on their checks once a month -Government should give us photo proof and writing of what are taxes went to so we can see the money in motion -Rent should be universally $400 per bed room the unit has -There should be homeless shelters for those who pay taxes and those who don’t to avoid conflict with drug addicts or the mentally ill

The mark doesn't get introduced to the world until 3.5 years into the tribulation. It hasn't started yet. What marks the beginning of the 7 year Tribulation is when the Antichrist signs the covenant with the many. We're close. Revelation 13 tells us that.
My husband and I also did the opposite shift thing while we were raising our kids. We never paid for childcare. That truly is how we paid off our house. We paid extra on the principal every month because we weren’t paying for childcare. We paid off a 30 year loan in 14 years.
We are trying to do that. Some people only opinion is day care, but I would be working just to pay that. A decent daycare in Texas $1,700 a month. It's more reasonable for me to be a stay at mom until she starts school. Then I can go back to work full-time.

So long as you stay out of debt.
This is actually very similar to how the first Civil War in the 19th century started. Contrary to popular belief, it was not fought over slavery. Slavery was just the justification for it because Lincoln did not want the country to split apart. Every war ever fought is really about economics. In this case, it actually all started because of property taxes. This all stops when we stop letting politicians and 'experts' convince us to lower our expectations.
In 2016 when we got trump it made my life better. I am self employed and used my truck a lot and gas got down to $1.79 gallon. I also did not have health insurance under Obama i had a $1000 penalty and Trump stopped that. Trump is not perfect but a better choice.

Salute to your opening statement on politics and education. Unfortunately, a majority of our society loves blaiming others for what they failed to learn.
Nah that’s real. Real talk, you not lying. I’m in the process of this now basically just growing more into manhood and implementing discipline into almost everything that I do that I wish to perfect in anyway. For I know one may never be perfect but I don’t strive for perfectionism, I strive for the perfection within myself. Exactly what you're saying. I prefer tracking to the penny. And tracking on paper. The same for eating out. I meal prep and make menues. Our transportation and shelter are paid for. Our vehicle has been paid for for 11++ years. The same for our previous vehicles. I'm not for impressing folks either. My focus is paying things down and living within our means. I meal prep weekly but for monthly meals. I batch cook and freeze the recipes. Therefore, all I need to do is pick a meal, heat it up. But definitely having a physical budget has helped me tremendously. I don't like all the digital stuff. I did that, then my computer/phone etc. crashed. Oh and already canceled subscriptions and changing phone companies as well. Also, no cable. Hello to my cds/dvds/vhs's.
Great video. School therapist here. It’s honestly SO FUCKED how our school systems don’t reach the kids Jack shit about money. As you said- that’s what the system wants- for them to make mistakes. Sadly a lot of parents don’t know anything either so the kids never learn and then flounder around in life. It breaks my heart. Whenever my clients bring up money I gently and therapeutically open up a convo about the important of financially planning in terms of basics like making a budget, tracking spending and avoiding debt. Poor kids!
Best advice I tell people that are between the age of 18-28. DO NOT HAVE KIDS. Especially if you’re not born into generational wealth or have a secured high paying job. If you’re just some regular schmuck with a job that can be easily replaced. Lookout after yourself, be as minimalist as possible and save $$. We are heading into some dark times ahead and the signs are everywhere.

+1 for getting an old Toyota. I purchased a 2004 Corolla 10 years ago. It's a beater but it's never let me down. They might be ugly but you can't beat a mid 2000s car. You just can't get ahead in a corporate job anymore unless you're in the top 1% of talent.

No SS, no pensions, no mutual funds or bonds, crashed stock market, hyper-inflation, all goods coming from countries you will be at war with... If you have gold it will be too dangerous to leave you home to sell it and you can't eat it. Gas will be $40 a gallon. No trucking what little food available. "Fortunate enough to have reserves..." LOL. Make sure you reserve a casket...
I did pay off all are bills but the necessities, i learned my lesson years ago,we dont go anywhere to spend money on bs,we save every dime we earn, today you need it just for groceries. We have a small home equity loan im paying off now ,used that to buy a used motorhome, planned on traviling and that just didnt work out,we got the life insurance, so if either of us died it would be paid off,so we weren't to concerned, but we didnt read the fine print,it expired when we turned 70,our mistake, so now that's the next bill to be paid off. Life has its lessons. Very good advise, people need to watch and learn before they are homeless.
From $2K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family.
It will be a transfer of wealth like no other. I prefer to plan for Prosperity because your energy flows where your attention goes. Plan to be on the winning side of this wealth transfer.
My aunt traumatized me into me setting a budget once I get my first job. I see how she always gambles away her earnings, gives it away to some dude whon strayed away, and always struggled to pay bills and needed my father helping keep the house up (our families used to live together inna single house) It scares me from ever being like her.
I'm also 42. I have aligned my thoughts with this guy before I ever seen his channel. My husband & I are mid 50's, and we had to refinance our home 2 years ago, wirh only 3 years keft on the previous mortgage! I fell ill in 2020 and became disabled. Medical bills killed us financially, so we refunanced our home. Looking back now, that was the dumbest thing weve ever done as a couple! We have budgeted for 34 years, our friends would think they were dying if they lived on what we live on! At least we still have a roof over our heads, and transportation, and food. We're so very blessed and thankful for all of God's grace.
Even if I had everything paid off, I still have property taxes, home insurance, utilities, Healthcare insurance, cellphones, car insurance not to mention food and car maintenance and gas. And all that is just getting by with no frills.
This is great advice! I was able to pay off school as I worked and now have a decent paying job. I am definitely going to hold on to that job and apply the principles you mentioned

You are absolutely right, the vast majority of people wouldn't be able to adapt to such a lifestyle, especially the younger people I think. I myself plan to build such a community with solar panels, rain catchers, wells, crops, cattle, horses etc. It will be a ton of work, but I think something to be proud of.

You spend less than you earn. I never bought expensive toys and what I did buy I took my time and did the research before actually buying the item. Now, I never married nor had children. I was fortunate enough to work for the post office and earn a good salary. I was able to save money into my thrift savings account and IRAs. Now I can retire at the end of this year and have a steady monthly income from Social Security and postal pension.
Retired carrier, civil service, no social security. My pension is usually enough. Cashed out my thrift plan, govt took a third right off the top. Not fair. I liked working, body said “it’s time to go”. lol. Love being retired.
@@OldUncleMike, I'm the same way. Diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis in 2022 and after getting pneumonia earlier this year, can no longer do the work. Using sick leave under FMLA and doctor's note. I do like being retired.
@@blue99saturn my ankles, knees, back were in bad shape. Now arthritic knees really slow me down along with a long time degenerating disc. Been retired 6 yrs. 👍

We really need to talk in our neighborhoods and ban together.
I don't like Trump either. But in January of 2020, 2 months before the covid cooties and lockdowns, etc the US economy was in good shape.
@kevinmccready4114 yep. And that is the ONLY reason I'm voting Trump. Because of his policies.
Unfortunately, you have people voting on person or party and not policy. Personally, I don't believe our vote matters, but I'm gonna vote anyway.
I’m an elder millennial, but honestly this felt like the talk from my dad that I’ve never experienced. Thanks for being a good dad to all of us.
Every man should own these things if you don’t have kids.
1.) Condoms
2.) Gym Membership
3.) Bible
Medical insurance
I think there are more important things than condoms and Bibles 🤣🤣
I'm done reading the Bible not worshipping a sadistic God I'll always try to be good but I'm over this
Amen to all 3
Lol …If you actually read the Bible.. you’d know you wouldn’t need those condoms until you got married. If you are a single man. All you need is God , two jobs or 1 job and a side business and a written plan of escape.. Do that for 5-7 years and you’ll be financially solid for the rest of your life. So long as you stay out of debt.
I retired at 33 years old i am 37 years old now. When i still working at my job i take bus and train to work every day for 15 years.
How's life for you now? I'm about to drop a video soon a out how I reited at 40 and hated it.
I needed to find purpose.
It's all about the money at the end of the day!!

That line about not liking Trump but appreciating his policies, I can respect that a lot.
Yep. I respect what he says. Just hate that he's racist
I am no fan of trump and i don't agree with him of many thing but kamala harris isn't better.
Yep me too. I'm under no illusion he's a great guy, but the policies are better with him
In 2016 when we got trump it made my life better. I am self employed and used my truck a lot and gas got down to $1.79 gallon.
I also did not have health insurance under Obama i had a $1000 penalty and Trump stopped that. Trump is not perfect but a better choice.
What polices exactly?
1) unlock your phones and visible is prepaid Verizon at $20 a month.
2) put $200 a month in a high yield savings account for car repairs.

I said the same thing, I think about it years in advance, I got a newish full size conversion van with a bed and refrigerator, basically a mobile home. Yes everybody will be homeless 2025
There is honestly nothing to save. Most Americans live paycheck to paycheck. By the time you’re done paying bills nothing is left.
2017 Toyota Camry is an excellent car. 2018 Toyota RAV4 is great. Older Tacomas and Tundras are excellent trucks.

In the end I know I will never be, but I sure can do my best to live up to my highest standards. May God bless you and anyone reading this.
remember its not about perfection but about progression.
@@RedLegPiper Yes sir, very right. Imma make a mental note of that so soon it’ll naturally embed itself into my brain, because you are absolutely right.
United Corporations of America. We live in an oligarchy.
Not only America this world is sold out to the capitalist this world is doomed

Correct. Purchase a small plot of land with a well. Get 1 year freeze dried food. Large solar generator chickens and a garden. Build a shelter. Wood stove. Air conditioning from generator. Little to no bills. No taxes no government. Now you have food water shelter. Phone if you want. Freedom
Wonderful plan.
Poor kids!
I'm already homeless living in my car. Leaving to another country. America seems dead these days😢

Well said. Trying to pay off my home asap

If you live in the South good luck living without a car
+1 for getting an old Toyota. I purchased a 2004 Corolla 10 years ago. It's a beater but it's never let me down. They might be ugly but you can't beat a mid 2000s car.
You just can't get ahead in a corporate job anymore unless you're in the top 1% of talent.
As someone fortunate enough to have reserves to last for many years, I'm not terribly concerned and feel no need to prepare for homelessness in 2025...or 2026...or 2027...or...
@@sthr2110 wise words 👏
LOL! People like you make me laugh. The dollar is no longer the reserve currency. Whatever you have will be devalued overnight when the BRICS currency goes online.
Prepare for tribulation unless you’re a true believer in Jesus Christ!😊

@Outback69 I used to call people broke who drive older paid off cars. Not knowing alot of them are far more wealthy than everyone with the latest models
I know some people who are housing insecure if it was me I would 100% be preparing to live in my vehicle
Even if I had everything paid off, I still have property taxes, home insurance, utilities, Healthcare insurance, cellphones, car insurance not to mention food and car maintenance and gas. And all that is just getting by with no frills.
