Hey Thanks for your great videos. In terms of the hand eye drills, how often should these be done to offer a benefit? Just curious how you would track your progress to see the results?
On someone like Bo Bichette in this video, CVT training would be hard to measure. If he had improvement it would be minimal. With someone like Bo this is more of maintenance drill.
Youth players is where you’d be able to measure results. Pitch recognition, picks, fly ball reads off the bat, etc.... you’d notice a drastic ability to do all of them better if they’re current mediocre at them.
HECO sticks are great for CVT training. There’s numerous things you can do for it that don’t require money. You just have to be creative.
