The eye patch seems very beneficial after asking my daughter to do it. I was born with almost no vision in one eye so I didn’t understand why it was so hard.

Probably a good idea to alternate the eye patch regularly to avoid developing dominance in one eye over the other. Wouldn't want to get lazy eye
Yes, you need to switch the eye patch. Do a set with one eye and then switch and do the other. Maybe I forgot to say that. Also, don't share your eye patch. Don't want to get that funk from the dirty kid on the team!

Off topic. But as a 13 year old I throw a fastball that is it. I feel like I am the fastest in my league. I want to throw a slider and a sinker and a curve. Do u think i am to young? I have watched your videos on pitching it inspires me to pitch different stuff. But at this age should I?
Are you getting guys out with your fastball? If so, then just use that. Maybe work in a change. I became a D1 All American only throwing fastballs one year. If it's working, don't try to fix it.

For what position? The tee is great for hitting and you can do that by yourself all day long!
