Both are true. Also parents are busy working 2 or 3 jobs, whether due to need or greed, no extended family to properly fill the gaps leading to kids using gangs and social media for support

This sheriff has great policies! A lot of other sheriff’s around the country could take a page out of his policies. He is fortunate to have a helicopter to use. A lot of smaller agencies don’t have access to helicopters

Listen again , he was speaking about the stolen vehicle, they tracked him by the air, The sheriff's dept uséd their vehicles to block traffic at lights they were blowing through, so drivers would not get hit by them . Just food for thought two of the kids that died in that car had asked for a ride from a friend that day and they didn’t know the car was stolen. They tried to tell the driver to stop as to which he didn’t for hours They drove through Palm Beach County to Martin county that’s when they were intercepted by aviation unit and Crashed to the water so no not all of those kids that were in that car were criminals. They were just leaving school just didn’t know that that was gonna be their last ride. Lord forgive them for there sins and hope that you show them mercy.
You're going to have to offer actual evidence if you want most people to believe any of that. No one gets in a car with people they don't know, so - by association - they are part of it all.
