Ohhhhhhhhh NOW I understand being “connected”. I never got it before. I hear it, I thought I understood it, but I didn’t until now.
I bet this is a very common problem for us casual players. My arms do wild crap they aren’t supposed to be doing I’m sure.

Yeah think of it as a metal chain between the hands and center of chest, your job is keep the hands connected so it keeps the chain loose, if the it crosses the chest it will tighten up and cause some havoc
