Un gran trabajo Juan y un resultado espléndido, un cordial saludo 🇪🇸
Thank you very much for your kind words Francisco!!!
Brilliant work as usual John. Will look forward to meeting your new companion :)
Thank you very much Greg!!! Next Saturday is his first appearance !!!
Wow! Your beautiful ship combined with a Beethoven masterpiece. It was perfect!
I am glad that you liked it Fred 😃 Thank you very much!!!
Your choice of music forced me to watch/listen to every second 😊 The 4th of the 9th has been my favorite for 50 years. The choices you made throughout this build, from the paint to the ropes, have been impeccable. Astonishing comes to mind when I look at the finished model. You've out done yourself John. Bravo!
I am glad that you like her Mark and she is not my finest work :) The only problem with music is the rights, otherwise i would have thrown on more classical masterpieces :) Thank you very much for your kind words!!!
Very nice, John. Another triumph to add to the collection. 👍 I look forward to the start of La Candelaria and also meeting your new doggy.
Thank you very much Buck!!! The 1st of October, you will love him!!!
Absolutely beautiful, John. Well done. Now to the next project😃
Thank you very much Ralf! This Saturday, we begin :)
Eres un extraordinario artesano naval, gracias por compartir tu vídeo.......🇲🇽🇲🇽......
Thank you very much for your kind words Eduardo!!!
What perfect music to add to yet another of your masterpieces because as with them all this was a joy to follow and as soon as my Ropes of Scale arrive I will be trying to follow your every move with the rigging. Wonderful work John as always.
Thank you very much my friend!!! She is not my finest work but the outcome is pretty good! If you 'll need any help just ask me :)
@@JohnsWoodenShips Thank you John, It is so much better watching someone make the very thing that you are trying to build, for instance, I was struggling so much trying to keep my old rigging in place but watching you place a bit of super glue on it was a game changer for me. You might think such a thing is obvious but when you are trying to take so much in on your first build (The Endeavour is the first time I have tried any sort of modeling with wood) any snippet of information is worth so much.
Looks great this is a lovely ship thanks John
Glad you like it! Thank you very much Chris!!!
Hi John, what a magnificent job you have done, I've been
following every step of the build while I've been building mine, I
have learnt quite a lot watching you, you are truly a master builder,
if mine turns out half as good as yours I'll be very happy.
I'm hoping my next project will be The King of the Mississippi
Cheers Alex from Queensland
Hi Alex! I am glad that you like her and also that you were with me in this series :) King of Mississippi is a beautiful ship, you will enjoy building her! Thank you very much for your kind words!!!
John, very good to see your work completed. Thank you for your initiative, very good!!
Thank you very much Jose!!! I am glad that you like her :)
looks great JHON !!!.
Thank you very much Jeff!!!
Hi John I'm on my second model ,I built the Beagle with your help you gave me a lot of inspiration with your videos. Thank you.
Hi Ronnie! Good to know :) I am glad that i was able to help!!!
Hi John
What can I say magnificent, beautiful, and a work of art. Yet another fantastic model to go into your collection. Looking forward to the next. Thanks for the pleasure of your modeling.
Regards paul osman
Hi Paul! Thank you very much for being with me with all the series!!! I won't let you down, this Saturday we have the 1st video of La Candelaria!
beautiful work!
Thank you so much 😀
Hello John ! I see now this making of ! Fabulous class. .
Many thanks Robert!!!
I saw the Endeavour replica in real life as it sailed the coast of Queensland Australia years ago. That was certainly something you don't see every day. 👍 Excellent build despite some of the kits issues.
I wish i was there! Thank you very much!!!
Magnificent, John...she's beautiful.
Thank you very much Michael!!!
Beautiful! I hope in the future to be able to bring my ability up to your level. Thank you.
Thank you very much for your kind words David!!!
Hi John - an excellent video. Ive been stuck on this one because of the front end hull planking, which made me lose interest! Thanks to your video I can now visualize how it works - as well as many other areas of the Bark which I haven't got to yet - so thanks very much - the project is back on track !!
Glad it was helpful! Thank you very much!!!
Hi Normand! Thank you very much for your kind words!!! I am very glad to have you with me in all those epic builds :) Now i am build La Candelaria but i have in mind to build the Amerigo immediately after :)
You have accomplished yet another absolutely beautiful build as usual! Artesania/Latina really needs to include schematic paper blueprints to scale! If they have to change an additional 20 euros, to do so, then just add it! As a customer I would rather pay a bit more, than to be pissed off and probably never purchase anything from them again!
Thank you very much Bill!!! You are correct, paper instructions are mandatory , especially in the rigging process.
Another job well done John! Congrats looks gorgeous Unfortunately Buddy slept on the job for 5 months..haha.looking forward for the next one..
Thank you very much Ahmet!!! Yes he is a lazy dog, he won't be making manager soon :) This Saturday, we begin La Candelaria!
great
Thank you very much Mike!!!
Wow she looks absolutely beautiful can’t wait to start mine but the rigging scares me a bit , a bit overwhelming
She is gorgeous! The rigging is not that hard, just a little complex, if you do one mast the other is exactly the same :)
I will try my best when I’m ready ☺️
1439 views and only 127 likes? well what's wrong with you people, this guy deserves more, no one like John makes movies and translates step by step ...... and even more ..... I didn't like this model because of many things but the end result is beautiful, John you can make something beautiful out of something ugly ....... waiting for the new series and Wolf 4th, take care my friend.
Thank you very much for your kind words my friend!!! That's ok, this wasn't my best job after all :) This Saturday my friend, be there :)
@@JohnsWoodenShips I'm always here John :)
Magnificent job John. Pity about the mistake, the vessel was actually HMB Endeavour, not HMS.
Thank you very much Peter. Not one of my good models this one :)
How many time can take you to build this ship ?
It depends on the model, from 4-5 months and up to a year.
Hello John, I am building the Endeavour by Occre. I’m wondering if you would be able to help me with some rigging queries by email? Occre is helpful sometimes, but I love your work and you are a great teacher!
Hi Linda, of course, send me what you need. Also download the instructions form OcCre 1st.
@@JohnsWoodenShips thank you. I have probably the silliest question ever. If you take a look at attached photo, the 2 yellow circles I have made:
1). The instruction never instructed me to put 3 pins at the foremast, just 2. So I put in a 3rd pin. Doesn’t there need to be a 3rd point to tie off each block? - thus addin 3 more pins? I’ve tried tying the thread to the single pin, but the threads twirl and look bad. There are cleats close by but may interfere with the ( not sure of the of the thing) winch? I ave also sent a pic of my boat. Do I need another pin or point to tie off the two blocks .
I can’t send any pictures - with this RUclips channel So if you download the instructions- I am looking at diagram C. Cheers, linda
@@lindadoble8366 Hi Linda, find me in FB so we can communicate through messenger
It seems (and it looks) that planking is the most difficult part of building ships.
You are mistaken my friend :) the hardest part is the rigging :)
