I've had all of that since puberty. Always suspected Hashimoto's but docs haven't diagnosed it. I did have pain on the right side of thyroid for several years that only went away when they biopsied the several nodules on my thyroid (the biopsies required lots of fluid drainage through fna). Came back benign. It's been 2 years and the pain is back.

My liver enzymes are very elevated but my diet and lifestyle has been exactly the same throughout my whole life. When I look at pics from 2018 to now, I see the hair loss in my eyebrows. Idk about the face puffiness as my face is generally already rather round. But whenever I have gone to get blood tests in the past, they all come back normal. That's the doctors just waiting for it to dip to abnormal so they can push medication. Are there natural ways to help manage it/reverse it? Because I don't fancy taking medication the rest of my life.

    Me: " No."
    Them: "But WHY NOT??"
Me (rolling eyes(: "Because ...I ALREADY USE IT!!"
    Absolute silence.
Then they do the 'walk of shame' back to their kiosk.
    Oh well!
Thanks for all the wonderful info, doc - ALWAYS appreciate the info!!! I go back to see my Endo this summer and already have a list going containing questions from the last several videos u have shared!
