happened to me, im 15 now ive grown it back luckily
When I look at pics from 2018 to now, I see the hair loss in my eyebrows. Idk about the face puffiness as my face is generally already rather round. But whenever I have gone to get blood tests in the past, they all come back normal. That's the doctors just waiting for it to dip to abnormal so they can push medication. Are there natural ways to help manage it/reverse it? Because I don't fancy taking medication the rest of my life.
I hear you and yes. Check out Dr David Brownstein's book on the thyroid and iodine. He is an expert on the thyroid. He also has a product called Actalin.
Has anyone personally used an online doctor to get diagnosed and prescriptions for hypothyroidism? My intuition is telling me i have it but i don't have insurance so I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to testing and treatment. Any info is helpful, thanks in advance!
I used to wake up with puffy eyes and small red bumps on my eyelids. The skin on my face has become so dry and I get breakouts around my chin and jaw area.
I also have hyperthyroidism and everything you mentioned is true but the worst thing is that I don't have puppy eyes but bulging eyes.😂
Even on Synthroid my eyebrows keep thinning and lost all the hair on my legs
Omg I have this and everyone says I look so tired
Can it be reversed? The hairloss and everything?
My face and eyes are puffy all day and I lost all my body hair!
I never knew that with the eyebrows at the end . Thats crazy. Ik now thanks!
Solution??instead of problems
😳😳😳😡😡I have all this..Vitamin D level is 14.1 ....been seeing the same doc forever...just got hypo diagnosis 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ so many issues were manageable
I have all the above.
Has anyone massaged their tongue, my thyroid always makes my tongue hurt massages and jumping and drinking so many different herbal teas always helps me my hair loss and my brittle joints and nails, nettle and burdock root are two of my favorite along with rasberry leaf for my menstrual
Never heard of a massaging your tongue. It helps you feel better?
Can it cause "allergic shiners" and sagging cheeks? I can't explain this happening, it happened too soon.
Not directly, but it may contribute to that look.
@@drwestinchilds thank you for the reply! It sure isn't fun having those things, but I don't want to put lots of money into fixing it!
😔 yes you are right
Swelling around the eyes? Never fear! Every time u go to the Mall, your new best friends who have the skincare kiosk will stalk u, calling out, "Ma'am. Ma'am!! I have some-zing dat will help wid the poof-ee-niss on your eyes! Ma'am! Ma'am??"
Me: " No."
Them: "But WHY NOT??"
Me (rolling eyes(: "Because ...I ALREADY USE IT!!"
Absolute silence.
Then they do the 'walk of shame' back to their kiosk.
Oh well!
Thanks for all the wonderful info, doc - ALWAYS appreciate the info!!! I go back to see my Endo this summer and already have a list going containing questions from the last several videos u have shared!
So thanks, again! ☺️👍
Welcome!
I'm puffy all over my body and it never subsides. Can this be hypothyroidism?
It could be but it depends on what you mean by puffy.
@@drwestinchilds It turns out it was histamine intolerance/mcas.It is so severe I have full body edema.
I lost the inside of my eyebrows, not the outer side. My face is round some days, and thin others
Same here on inner brows.
My husband’s face puffiness disappeared within 3-4 days of the carnivore diet. It was incredible to watch him “deflate”.
I never even realized how puffy he was, let alone that it was due to food.
(Husband has lost 42 lbs in 8 months & said it was the easiest diet he’s ever done bc it’s just meat & eggs.)
Hair loss at the back of the head and over the ears.
Can hypothyroidism cause beard hair loss?
Will my hair come back?
I wish my face would look puffier. It is small and drawn
Don't wish that lol, sometimes it's just half of your face is what gets puffier.
What do to about
Fix your thyroid and it will resolve symptoms.
@@drwestinchildshow ?
I have literally every symptom. The eyebrow loss, dry skin, puffy eyes and face, unable to lose weight even with exercise and a caloric deficit. But I keep getting told that my blood work comes out perfectly... what do I do :(
Check out Dr David Brownstein spoke on iodine and the thyroid.
What about hyperthyroid
❤ your face changed cause you read/heard that online! Mine definitely didn't. 40years Graves.
Will I ever get rid of what I call a moon face? I am on synthroid .75 and cytomel .25 Still not right
It depends on the cause because other hormone issues like high cortisol can cause it as well.
They make jade rollers which are so so good and reducing that facial puffiness. But for me synthroid never did much to help with the weird symptoms and I had to switch meds. I also saw a dietician they're pretty good to help with what supplements are gonna help too, highly recommend it .
Round face.. No eyebrows.. Irregular heart... Nausea.. Exhausted.. Depression..
Cannot take lythyroixine.. Doctors just leave me to suffer.. 🙏
Suffer no more. Check out Dr David Brownstein's book on the thyroid and iodine. He also has a product called actalin.
Eyebrow loss nd puffy face 😢 I have to draw some eye brows on me 😢
