    I love raw garlic...if u crush it, and then leave it out in open air for 10 mins or so, it increases the beneficial compounds ,by alot. If u want to use it medicinally..that is the best way, ...if u dont like the taste..mix it with olive oil, and just wash it down with water, without chewing. Or have it with toast.

Plus it made all the other side effects like pouring sweat & hair loss even worse!! Didn't know that was even possible. After 7 yrs & 3 endos using me as a lab experiment, I was finally put on SYNTHROID BRAND. Like I begged for in the first place!! I got my life back!! NO binders & fillers, NO roller coaster ride every month. Stable labs. NO taking anti sweat medication. Wicked migraines. And all the rest. YES I pay a higher co pay bcuz it's brand, I don't care!! It's worth every penny just like my Premarin is. NO more suffering in those 2 things for me anymore.

    My doctor has never given me any Guidance as to food or nutrition. I am Celiac and probably have Hashimotos as well. Never did any tests to see what my levels are. Could this be an insurance issue? I have Medicare and Medicaid.

    If your Thyroid slowsdown do to heavy metals in the body. I heard that 3 to 5 Brazil nuts, I'm taking 5 raw a day for several months with no results, I'm to heavy to do the thyroid exercise, will the cup of Bluebrries, Maca Root, and Coconut in a smoothie every day work as fast as the thyroid exercise?

      No you will need medicine for life. These only help thyroid not replace the function of thyroid meds. I’ve been listening to a lot of different doctors about this because they are wanting to take mine out. So I’m trying to understand life style changes or both sides. And thats definitely a con on the removal- life time meds- however if it’s cancer then it’s got to go also.
      I must say I feel better reading through comments I thought I was just lazy and had some unfixable depression and getting older loosing my focus and mental drive. Everything I’ve been experiencing has been linked to this now and it was only diagnosed after getting my eye removed suddenly for an ocular melanoma cancer tumor that was malignant. They never thought to test thyroid levels or iron levels just prescribed more higher doses of depression meds and I quit taking them all through the surgery and healing process. Now to get my diet worked out to get my blood and thyroid and entire body back together. Blessings for all living with these type of diseases✨💖🙏🏼💖✨

    Can You say something about hypotyroidism and the reason for developing white spots on skin. And vitilgo .

    • @drwestinchilds
      @drwestinchilds  3 года назад +1

      Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease that tends to be associated with Hashimoto's (but not always) that causes depigmentation (white spots) on the skin.
