    Way to go I think we all should b doing this on the regular. Way too slow and unpracticed I think I should be a challenge or competition for ALL of us to publish our rescue performance!

    He died the moment he laid down. H.I.P. Harness induced Pathology /Suspension Trama. 30 minutes in a seated position with knees up. Or when EMS arrives on the scene.

      if he had used the dorsal the mechanical advantage would be routed around his body awkwardly

    Jesus Christ Americans need some real training in work at height… such an easy rescue that doesn’t require a JAG system, and being on 1 point between rescuer and casualty almost consistently… the choice of “indisputable” anchor point. Can see why most rescue the rescuer situations happen in North America
