      I agree!! On all of the sports talk shows, all we heard was how the Bills can’t beat KC- not having Terrel Bernard for me was the gut punch prior to the game even starting. Also Bass being so uncharacteristically unreliable - it was strange.

    The bills have found a way to get cheaper, younger, healthier/hungrier. Remove a cancer in the locker room. And still have strengths all over the field. With keeping decent depth. Never doubt beane.
    Josh Allen now has multiple weapons for teams to have to have to worry about instead of being too diggs dependent.
    Coleman, Samuel, Shakir, Kincaid, Knox, cook, Davis, hollins, shorter and Isabella. That’s a solid combination of big tall targets as well as tons of speed and possession type guys

    What I like about this team is the commitment to make things easier with more diverse options for Josh on offense and leaning in on youth and speed on defense. This is the year Joe Brady puts is fingerprints on the offense full time. Bobby Babich on defense. Will there be bumos and miscues? Yes. I still think 2024 will be a transition year and nothing is promised. I am hopeful the additions of Samuel, Davis and Coleman lead to more optionality over Diggs, Davis and Murray/Johnson.

  • @andrewelford8781
    @andrewelford8781 13 дней назад

    We should wait to see what the injury impacts are. I think Beane is trying to make a run at a top receiver free agent next season considering the moves made this year.
    Keeping cap space that rolls over to next season fits into that strategy.

    I like the idea of younger and faster. Remembering the first half of the Super Bowl last year, the Niners defense was flying all over and had KC completely confused until they lost one of their LBs to a freak turf injury. And the Bills were a better defense than the Niners last year, with the exception of Bosa.

    Joe, when selecting Coleman at 33 we saved money (cap hit) but lost the 5th year option. You comment of “if you don’t know if you want to keep the player going into the fifth year there’s something wrong”. Are these defensive players we have (91) are (50) picking up fifth year options a different scenario to the offensive side of the ball or is it simply needs must?

    Best discussion was opening up the offense to any and all players (receivers)… rather than feeding Diggs… I did feel that was the case …
    But
    Is Allen capable enough to be able to find the open one …
    That will be a new wrinkle in his game, that needs to be played out … it can prove his true talent, or show he’s not elite in that respect, thus resulting in never being a GOAT…or Super Bowl champ…. I have and still am questioning his smarts… I guess I will get my answer…. Very optimistic and loved the draft picks… and the wide range of personel chnages

      They were top 5 last year in every rush category with Von contributing nothing. AJ and Groot both dealt with injuries too. Floyd was good, but he had like 1.5 of his 10 sacks in the final half of the season. Hopefully just getting younger there will make for fresher legs come playoff time. Von just needs to get back to the 8+ sack threshold to be useful. It's in no way a doomy projection like you're making it out to be.

      That rookie won't matter, the way they rotate none of em really matter, they showed that against KC last year yet again, fully healthy & did nothing, 3 playoff games against KC & have never touched Mahomes.. They're infatuated with Defense, 7 yrs it took them just to build a mid OL & Run game, going on 8 years & zero 1st rd talent drafted at WR or OL for Allen.. they draft conservative "character process" crap over actual talent.. its why they don't win 💩 along woth subpar coaching.. Gonna be many better WRs from this draft than Keon Coleman & everyone who past on Mitchell is gonna regret it.. far better than Coleman, McConkey & Lagette will be too, Reid & Mahomes will have made Worthy an all pro within 3 years..
