Never fails us as HotRodders. We find a great deal. We say I'll get it and work on it after my other project get done. Then we get excited and start working on the new project and the one we were working on gets shoved in the corner. HA! It happens to me all the time. I'm just getting back to finishing old projects now. You got some nice projects to work on. I have my 64 C10, my 56 Nomad and my 66 Nova wagon I juggle back and forth on. I know the struggle. I'm just finishing up my Nomad so I'll have something to enjoy for the winter in Florida and have time for the next project. Keep at it. It'll all come together eventually.
Some very cool projects in the making. When I was about 6 years old in 1961 my dad bought a 1953 chevy sedan. He drove that until he bought a brand new 1964 GMC pick-up with an over the cab camper. This pick-up was 1/2 ton standard 3 on the column, had a wooden bed in the box. I learned to drive in that truck when I was 18.
The ‘55 post seems the closest to being done (or some form of that). Truck looks to be a long way from done, but maybe not as much as the Nomad once you tear into that. Finish the truck box and get it on the frame. On the ‘55 rehang the doors and front clip (get something on them so they don’t rust). At that point you could park those vehicles and go to work on the Nomad. Most importantly (and I subscribe to this thought) get it least a little something done every day. Nipping away at projects can be a good thing.
