Finally if you’re not someone who often works out my suggestion would be pushups, they’re easy don’t require any equipment and can be done at any time

I think they need to add something on the side of the screen where it shows you how long you spent and how many videos you watched. like, on regular RUclips, at least you have an idea of roughly how many videos you watched, and how long each one is. shorts, tiktok, etc you just get sucked in and lose track of time.

4:50 I’d say because someone else is telling us and we don’t want the consequences. I don’t listen as much because I wouldn’t give myself consequences. If I don’t do the assignment the teacher gave me, I would get a bad grade, a consequence. But if I tell myself to stay away from my phone I would likely ignore myself because I know I won’t give myself a consequence. That’s my thoughts. Honestly though, me personally I’m listening to myself a little more to engage my hobbies outside my phone, and usually it works, sometimes not though. Your videos are very cool man!
There's a trick I use to get off my phone. 1 hour without phone- in this hour I do as much things that can distract me and most of the time it's learning something like playing an instrument, doing homework, drawing and learning new skills. When the 1 hour is finished I have 20 minutes on the phone. I repeat that through the day and sometimes I do more than 1 hour without phone. And as I kept doing that for days, if I sit on my phone to much then my head starts to hurt and I don't really wanna be on the phone anymore. I gotta say, this requires a lot of patience and self holding.
