Great advice. The tip about a little bit of novelty is spot on. I bought a new pilot pen recently, and took so many notes while studying that I would have otherwise found difficult to do!!
Another good technique I find is immediately starting studying as soon as you begin to feel that urge of distractions like gaming. It sounds weird, but trust me, it worked for me. I went from playing video games to practising maths, and I ended up achieving a GOLD award in a national high school maths competition (younger than most competitors too)! If I had stuck to gaming, I would never have discovered a passion for maths. Funny, huh? To lose yourself in numbers instead of the gaming screen. Remember to take breaks though. Don’t burn out. Great video! Very engaging

@@deltaradiationhii! :) so, as a UK student, I used website named Dr Frost Maths because it had a lot of past paper questions that were engaging and relevant to my studies (and other reasons). However, even if you’re not from UK, I think a lot of the content there is helpful as the questions come with good videos on the topics and are arranged really nicely, being able to choose custom difficulty and topics etc. There were several other resources I used too though. Took a while to find resources that I liked working with. It may take a while to find websites that suit you the most :) Hope you have fun studying!! :D

Even if you're not in the UK, it may be worth checking out as it is very good to practice topics at least. (and free) Everyone works differently though, so maybe you'd find a website or textbook best for you! I bought a maths competition textbook for high school Olympiads, and the one I got is great as it has tons of tips and tricks as well as fully discussed solutions for complex problems :) Hope you have a fun time studying!

Also, recently, I discovered a high school maths Olympiad textbook which is really good as it discusses complex problems in great depth as well as providing tips and tricks for maths in general. Try and test your current limits with difficult problems online, maybe out of the ordinary school content. Maths competitions and challenges can have really interesting problems in real life contexts - that's how I began to enjoy their difficulty. very rewarding once you start understanding the style :) Hope you have a good time studying!!

Please make a post or a video on how a person can get back to the flow state after taking a break. I personally struggle with this. After a few hours of full focus into study, I take a break, and I find myself having a hard time to get back into the flow state, and often get distracted.
