Superman prepares to have the insurgents arrested and incapacitates Wonder Woman after she turns on him, but is confronted by Superman from Earth-One, who was brought into their universe (Earth-22) by Mr. Terrific.
Injustice Superman defeats his counterpart due to him holding back, and goes in to kill Batman but stops after hearing a woman’s voice who is revealed to be a alternate version of Lois Lane from Earth-9, who lost her Superman to Brainiac after becoming pregnant with his child, and she reminds Earth-22's Superman that life is sacred and how if continued his rampage he would’ve had involved the innocent, the very people he has been trying to protect. Realizing how far he has fallen, Superman surrenders and willingly agrees to be imprisoned, while Batman and Catwoman prepare for the future.

@@friendly-nemesis4754 maybe so. Yet these rules can be changed but never by force. Rules need to be free to naturally evolve, if superman wanted peace he would have imprisoned all lobbiests. In the end Superman is a coward, he refuses to do the extra paperwork in favor of genocide.
@@Hungry_God On what charge would he imprison lobbyists? All they do is talk, and however contemptible their ideas are, they don't inflict actual damage. When you say that rules can't be changed by force, I think you are overlooking the fundamental principle that all rules are decreed by governing bodies, and implemented by the perpetual threat of force; rules and laws are not social trends that people follow because they like them; they're the orders people have to obey, even if they don't like them, because they'll be punished if they don't. If you want to make the case that Superman's rules are bad, by all means let's discuss them, but I don't really see where you're coming from at this point.
@@friendly-nemesis4754 the idea of removing lobbiests is to parody superman. To him he killed one villian, but then he moves onto governments, then normal people.

2:40-2:45 always gets me every time. In spite of everything Clark was a victim, and feeling the baby kick inside the alternate version of Lois shows that behind all his power and strength, he's just a man in mourning. And seeing this version of Lois reminds him of the life he could've had, instead of what he has become and that kills him. Those tears, they're a mixture of guilt, shame, sadness, and longing. Here we see not the global dictator who nearly brought the wolrd to it's knees but a man, who lost his entire world, and grieving.
Well said! 🖤
Wolrd
*"In spite of everything, Clark was a victim-"*
"WAS" being the operative word. He stopped being a victim in my opinion the moment he used his personal tragedy to justify further tragedy in the name of imposing his "greater good" onto everyone while eliminating anyone (even innocents) who opposed it. Victimhood is not a blank check to make victims of others no matter what you've lost.
And Lois' life or even the life of her unborn child was no more or less sacred than any of the other innocent lives Clark's regime took or ruined while disgracing Lois' memory by using it as a shield. Even despite knowing that she wouldn't have agreed with this, Clark forsook everything they both stood for out of pain & fear.
And deep down, anyone who truly knew him could see that he was really doing it all along to compensate for his struggles to grieve + an inability to accept that, even with all his power, he cannot control everything (something EVERY version of Superman worthy of the symbol must understand and remember). The moment he forgot this, he ceased to be Superman. Granted, the Injustice comics do a better job fleshing out his dictator arc.
But the bottom line of his ends vs. means doesn't change no matter how much context is given. The last ounce of sympathy I had for this version of Superman died with Shazam. No, I don't care that he was in god form at the time; He was still Billy Batson, a CHILD, and Clark knew that. Injustice 2 even directly calls Supes out for this.

So the Batman can still initiate a french tongue after a fractured bones he just suffered from the Man of Steel's attack. Surprised, he can still able to get up after that. Ah, yes, this is cartoon in every sense.
I figured he too one of those super pills and that's why being dragged through the mud didn't kill him.

Death Stroke somehow survives a hit from Superman in the comics, so hardly unbelivable Bats could survive a punch from Superman.
So you didn’t watch the movie, read the comics, or play the game. K gotcha
simple, he's Batman
Injustice Superman did both his Injustice 1 and 2 super Moves and I love it
That Earth 1 Superman can fight. I deeply enjoyed how he used his surroundings instead of just power
E-1 Superman was the best superman to ever exist imo.
When you can break a whole planet, I’m sorry but manhole covers and telephone poles wouldn’t matter lmao
It can be imitated but not duplicated.
There's still only one SUPERMAN
1:37-1:48 was that a combination of both his supermoves from the injustice games? That was a nice touch.
I kinda wish they kept it as superman washing injustice superman like it was originally
Combining both supers from both games was perfect!
imagine if they did this fight invincible-style. it would be so crazy to see someone much more powerful than omni-man wreak havoc like that
Omni man can destroy an entire planet in seconds , wouldn’t be much of a difference
@@Perrystrologist but at least omni man has limits and isn’t invulnerable, super man doesn’t really assuming no kryptonite
@@kratos6412 omni mans only limits are not being able to breathe in space for more than 2 weeks and being thrown into the sun other than that he has no limits
@@kratos6412 omni man is pretty much indestructible as well and recovers really fast
@@Perrystrologist omni man can't destroy a planet in seconds. He has zero feats that prove that. He's continental at best
Now if only Wonder Woman & Superman's video game counterparts were that easily convinced.
The use of the in game superman move was fantastic.
If anyone has played the injustice games, u know the moves Superman makes while fighting the other Superman 1:37-1:50
Just now realized, when injustice supes is talking about the holding back thing, he does the same move he does for his ult in injustice 2, mixed with the one from injustice 1
The reason he really says not to build the prison is because it would be an insanely expensive venture. Like trillions. Superman saying it wouldn’t be necessary is him trying to prevent them from expending more effort and resources on him.
1:36 I JUST REALIZED THATS SUPERMAN'S SPECIAL MOVE IN THE INJUSTICE 2 VIDEO GAME IM SO SLOWWWWWW
1:38 love the Man of Steel reference.
no matter the universe Clark is Clark and Lois is Lois. there's only one person that can get to him every time. i really like that change to the story. your not lois meaning shes not from his universe and your not my clark meaning you dont act like him. makes me really think they could have solved the whole thing by getting one of their magical or spiritual Heroes to get lois's soul to talk to him
nope not in jusltule lrod lois couldnt sotp him int hat timeline lex had to
Say what you want about this movie, but at least this animated movie version of Injustice gives us a hopeful ending
Bruce having a happy Ending.
Earth 22 Superman: I traveled this far just to be a punching bag 🤐
Batman really said yes after being bulldozed
1:33 Yeah. Let’s also animate the Injustice’s Super moves. Cause no one will ever figure that out. 😁
It's a cool little easter egg, it's meant to be noticed.
A reference
They did this perfectly well in JLU when somebody asked "how many of us do you have to kill to keep us safe?"
Batman even without superpower trying to protect the team by putting his body as a shield against heat vision. True chad
Cat Woman - “What’s gotten into you?”
Batman - “It’s what’s about to get into YOU.”
It always baffles me when people with planet-buster abilities waste time throwing around man-hole covers and logs.
1:54 Batman's plot armour kicking in again lol.
Edit: 2:29 he got back there pretty quick 🤣🤦🏻♂️
I like how Batman said yes without fear
Batman doesn't know what fear is and you know why
@@rickmelborp990 cuz he's Batman
More like he brings in a pregnant women against a god that's universal another classic batman moment where he just talks and others do the rest🤣🤣.
Man the pole had to hurt and then ramming into it a whole different level
Shouldn't the Earth 1 Superman be more powerful
Like super-22 said he was holding back..
in the last episode of Justice League Unlimited, during his fight with Darkseid, Superman talks about how he feels like he lives in a world made of cardboard and always has to be careful with how much strength he uses. this meaning that he was holding back for fear he might kill Earth 22 Superman or accidentally kill someone who got caught in between them as they fought. it's not a matter of Earth 1 Superman being stronger but rather having to hold back for fear of becoming a villain himself
yeah. He should be. EARTH-1 beat Earth 22 in the comic.
@@shitpop2991 But how can Earth-1 stronger tho? They’re both Superman which means they should be equal
@@karl4893 just because they’re both Superman doesn’t mean they’re equal in power. For example, Silver Age Superman and Current Superman is both Superman, but Silver Age is MUCH stronger. They’re not the same. One has much better feats, and one got their ass whooped in the comic, and it wasn’t Earth-1.
i guess Kryptonite is not only Superman's weakness
Earth 1`superman has a sense of humor in addition to not being a pushover. He balances it out, and remains uncorruptable, and a paragon of justice. He knows that his power are like gods, but as he said in teh video games "we're not gods, we don't decide who lives and dies"
BATMAN IS THE TRUE VILLAIN. No one has helped the bad guys more than Batman.
0:37 Two Supermen headbutt each other, only one flies off - logic.
The whole point is that the good Superman is holding back
Yh bro didn’t watch the film
nnaaahhh realllyyy???? do you not know basic physics? injustice superman was on the offence and had the momentum. e 1 superman was just staanding still
@@blank.I Rewatch the scene in slow motion, they BOTH have headbutted each other from a still position.
Expect he had more speed.@@3DMasterST
