I am thrilled with the tip on selecting the right drill bit size. All I can say for myself is DUH! Placing the screw in the drill bit hole makes too much sense. Some days the blonde jokes are fitting. THANK YOU! Oh, and this piece is to die for, and soon I will be ripping apart my cedar chest too. I didn't know amazon sold such pretty furniture legs. I am a woman on a mission now.

Brandi and everyone don't forget to change the lid hinges to the slow soft closing hinges that will support the weight of that lid and protect those little fingers when we use for toy boxes.

What a difference on this beautiful piece if around the decals on front if the harsh edges of the dark wax had of been feathered some. But otherwise an absolutely beautiful piece !
It's gorgeous.. will you be trying Melange Paint..u really like it..but I don't think you could blend with it 😕..I would really like your opinion on it..

It is there, but has paint older so it's subtle texture. Her dresser has a similar technique on the front
