- Welcome to the next Saiga GeneCast game review. In this video, I will be going over PowerStone, a Capcom fighting game for the Sega Dreamcast. When I first started collecting for the system, people have always suggested to me that I pick this game up. A few years back, I did manage to get a copy and have a lot to say about it. Sit back and relax as you are about to embark on a quest to the PowerStone world!

You may have noticed the amazing picture quality of the Sega Dreamcast. That can be only accomplished by VGA. It is a video format that you are probably using right now to connect your computer to your monitor. The Dreamcast can out VGA through a VGA box. There are many different boxes out there. The one that I am using is the Retro Bit and it only costs $25. With that amazing device, Dreamcast games look absolutely stunning.

Absolutely loved this franchise. Played it recently, its still an absolute gem! (no pun) kind of wish they did a sequel/ remake!
1 of my favorites of all time playing this with you June is just right around the corner see you than;( miss you cousin
Yeah it is one of my favorite moments too. See you in June, Brandon!
:)
I remember the day I used to play this... if power stone 3 comes out on ps4 I’m getting it for my son it was my favorite game of all time when I was a kid
Awesome Review bro, I love this game and had this game when it launch on Dreamcast. I recently did a Retrospective on this series a few months ago. Just subscribed!
Power Stone 1 was my first Dreamcast game, me and my siblings instantly fell in love with it. We couldn't wait for it to be nighttime because that was our gaming hours since we played outside all day after school. Our favorite level was that one with a big boulder chasing after you and you could grab a skateboard to pick up speed. Ahhh good old days.
The anime of it is also pretty good.
Not as good as the game, but yeah it is pretty decent. I kind off wished they did a better job of animating when the characters become super from the PowerStones.
I got this for Christmas this year!!! I love it and this video shows great reasons why. Keep up the good work
Oh wow, that's awesome! I'm sure you had a wonderful Christmas with this game. Absolutely, I'll keep up the good work.
:)
I go to a Power Stone tourney at this game store locally every year so I get a Power Stone kick every so often. Im glad i came accross this video.
Powerrrrrrr stoneeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes! Back with more amazing content. Keep it up!
Sure am! I will keep it up!
:)
@@RollerVisionStudios Hey, I know you're more mainstream, but why don't you review prototype/unfinished games and homebrews? That would be cool!
Lol, I'm most certainly not mainstream because I do videos of just the Sega Dreamcast.
:)
You know what? That's a pretty cool idea! I will consider doing that after I get done with my launch Sega Dreamcast game reviews.
@@RollerVisionStudios Nice! I can't wait :)
Virtual Battle Mode reminds me of the 3rd person Dragonball Z games.
Lol that's the game my Dreamcast came with when i bought it over a year ago
Nice Review Of Power Stone On Sega@Dreamcast (1999) And Developed By Capcom Entertainment Who Brought Resident Evil Franchise Street Fighter Franchise Dark Stalkers Franchise Megaman Franchise And Devil May Cry Franchise.
Glad you like my review of PowerStone! Yeah, Capcom made a lot of great game franchises for the Dreamcast and everything else period. Once I get done reviewing all of the launch Dreamcast games, I can't wait to review their other games at some point.
Saiga GeneCast Yes Yes Yes And You Have Street Fighter Alpha 3 On Sega@Dreamcast.
Actually, as of matter of fact, I do. The only Street Fighter game I managed to get on the Dreamcast.
:)
Saiga GeneCast Very Good And I Have Street Fighter Alpha 3 As Well And I Only Have Street Fighter Alpha 3 On Sony PlayStation (1999) Capcom Entertainment Also Did Marvel VS Capcom On Sega@Dreamcast (1999) And Marvel VS Capcom 2 New Age Of Heroes On Sega@Dreamcast (2000) Right Before The Imported To PlayStation 2 Computer Entertainment System And Original Microsoft XBOX In Late (2001) And Early (2002) And Remastered On PlayStation 3.
Dude that's awesome! Yes, that's right. Marvel vs Capcom 1 and 2 was on the Dreamcast before all of those ports. In fact, the Dreamcast version of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is an arcade perfect port.
I love this game on the Dreamcast, but, if the characters speaks English and not Japanese, I'm fine with it.
