Barista and also Rey debuted in WWE (he was one of the last WCW guys to sign a contract) in 2002. I would give anything to go back to the _SmackDown!_ Six era. Nowadays it seems like they have to dust off old nostalgia acts (see CM Punk returning last night at Survivor Series) to stay relevant. Sad. 😔

Brock met Vince backstage at SummerSlam 1999 and signed shortly after. So Brock got there first and also debuted on the main roster the night after WrestleMania X8 before Cena and Orton. Batista was at the WCW power plant in the late 90's as well.
@@wereallscrewed9714 You misinterpreted what I meant. No company should have to keep relying on popular superstars of times past to generate business. You have new stars to build, so do that. I’m not saying occasionally you can’t have any of them back, but eventually they will be too old and/or in no shape to make appearances, or even in the most extreme and tragic cases, dead. And we have seen all too often many a pro wrestler who died quite young.
Again, it’s OK to bring back old acts occasionally to interact with and put over the right current superstar(s), but don’t have them wear out their welcome.
@@wereallscrewed9714 BTW, Hogan is now 70 and McMahon is pushing 80 (79 next August, assuming he’s still alive), but I’m sure everyone would just love to see those two old fossils taking up precious TV, PLE/PPV and house show time, right?

Hi, please check out the video. Prime Randy Orton was a menace. It’s about how wwe’s Randy Orton in 2008/09 was basically evil 😂. Randy Orton also made his return Saturday at survivor series alongside the return of CM Punk if you guys want to check those returns out too that would be awesome.
