Hi rock n roll fan. I'm 76 years old. In February 1966, I attended my very first rock concert. On stage, my idol, Chuck Berry. Throughout my life I have followed and loved the evolution of R'n'R, but I have always remained faithful to Chuck Berry whom I consider ad vitam aeternam as Mr. Rock'n'Roll. Berry wrote everything you need to know to play rock. He is the DNA of all forms of rock. All rock bands, from any era, have all recorded or played on stage a Chuck song. A band that doesn't do it can't claim to play rock. I've seen Chuck Berry about ten times and I've met him backstage 3 times. He's sometimes annoying with the organizers but he always complied with the fans' requests. Big thanks to Larissa Liveir for carrying on the original rock'n'roll tradition, that of Chuck Charles Edward Berry (RIP).
@T.elegram.Queen_Larissa_liveir Hi Larissa. I'm Pierre, , I'm living in France.I'm a real R'n'R fan. But I'm first a bluesman. I played blues harmonica when I was younger. Have nice time. Rock on.
I saw Chuck several times when I lived in STL and he had notoriously inconsistent performances in his later years. But he's the GOAT. Glad to see this talented young woman carrying the torch!!! Damn she's good!
Years ago I sat up late on New Year's Eve (I think) to listen to him because was going to be a guest. I was SO disappointed. Not sure if he was lipsinking or what, but I remember being disappointed. I have also seen clips of him where he does not play the guitar like he did on the records. I believe I read somewhere that on Johnny B. Goode that he recorded the guitar part separately and then recorded the singing part. If you look at some of his RUclips clips, he usually does not play the guitar nearly as well or as much as he did on the records..........unfortunately. When people go to see you, they want to hear what the records sound like. People are paying to see a performer, and the performer needs to "put out".......give the folks a good show.
So many things to appreciate here. A biggie is the enjoyment LL conveys while owning these timeless classics. LIGHTS. ME. UP. Thank you for sharing your gifts with us Larissa.
Hey everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to express my absolute admiration for this incredibly talented female guitarist we've all been fortunate enough to witness on this channel. From the very first note she played, I was completely captivated. Her guitar skills are truly out of this world. The way she effortlessly maneuvers her fingers across the fretboard is like a work of art. It's as if her hands have a mind of their own, effortlessly finding the right chords and melodies with such precision and grace. Each movement is fluid and natural, creating a seamless flow of music that is both mesmerizing and inspiring. Her technique is not only flawless but also incredibly diverse. She can switch between different playing styles with ease, whether it's the gentle strumming of an acoustic ballad or the intense shredding of a high-energy rock solo. In every style, she manages to bring out the best in the instrument, making it sing and tell a story all its own. It's evident that she has spent countless hours honing her craft, and the results are truly astounding. What really sets her apart, though, is her ability to infuse her playing with so much emotion. When she plays, it's not just about the technical proficiency; it's about the feeling she conveys through the music. You can hear the passion and dedication in every note, as if she's pouring her heart and soul into the performance. It's this emotional connection that makes her music so powerful and relatable. Whether she's playing a sad, melancholic piece that tugs at your heartstrings or an upbeat, energetic tune that makes you want to dance, she has a way of making you feel every single emotion. Her stage presence is also something to be commended. She exudes confidence and charisma, completely owning the stage as if she was born to perform. Her energy is infectious, and it draws you in and makes you want to watch every single move she makes. She has a natural ability to engage with the audience, making everyone feel like they're a part of the performance. It's clear that she loves what she does, and that love shines through in every aspect of her performance. In addition to her musical talent, I also appreciate her creativity. She doesn't just play the same old songs or follow the traditional paths. Instead, she brings her own unique perspective and style to the music, adding her own personal touch to every piece she plays. This creativity not only keeps her music fresh and exciting but also shows her willingness to take risks and explore new musical territories. Overall, this female guitarist is a true inspiration. She has shown us what it means to be passionate about something and to work hard to achieve excellence. Her talent, combined with her dedication and love for music, is a rare combination that makes her stand out in a crowded field. I have my own RUclips channel too, where I'm also trying to share some great content. I'd be really honored if you could check it out and give me your support. I believe that with your kind of talent and passion, you'll surely appreciate the efforts I've put into my channel as well. Looking forward to your visit! Kudos to her for being such an amazing artist!
Lets just be a lil' bit honest here. If you hear just the audio without knowing it was a man or a woman playing, the play itself will come across as mid.
This has to be the original rock anthem, at any gig whether the crowd are 17 or 70 the second the band plays the first bar of that riff you get an audience reaction you don't get from any other song.
A rare talent in a guitar player , can actually make the guitar sing in replacement of the lyrics . Spot on in tone and style , with her own original flourishes . Just like " ring'n a bell".
Wow, Great playing Larissa. Its great seeing you play a classic rock n roll song. You are really talented. Adding how beautiful you look. Its great a gift for my senses.
There is no doubting your remarkable ability plus your incredible guitar collection. I've hardly seen you play the same instrument twice - None of which are lower end mainstream models.

Watching you play this on your guitar, made me want to learn how to play as well. So I bought a guitar, and now I am learning how to play! That’s why she’s got 3.19 million followers. She’s eye candy. There’s many guitars players out there that are at least as good.
