Another think you should be aware of, these engines have very low oil pressure something around 8-10 #. Sometimes people replace a non working gauge with a 50-60 # gauge and then not understand why they still have no oil pressure, Glad you got the oil pressure gauge working, My TO 35 Ferguson 1957 model has a similar issue, it has a spring and flat washing inside the oil filter canister that can easily slide off into the used oil container as you have to manhandle the old oil filter off the center bolt, What were these engineers thinking back in the late 50’s?
