Señor Vituko he is saying Tomari no te. As taught to me by Kanazawa Hanchi, Tomari is the port between Naha and Shuri so it is style between Naha-te and Shuri-te and mixes both. As it was a port town the style is very physical. I think Gohaku-Kai is still functioning and you can learn more about it by searching gohaku kai.
This is actually a variation of Matsumura Seisan, or Shuri Seisan. Tomari Seisan is a bit different. Look to Ryu-Te or Ryu Kyu Kempo or Nakamuras okinawan Kempo for the tomari variation.
What style this is??

Ryu Kyu Kempo
Whose version of Ryu Kyu Kempo? A lot of schools used that name. This version is no version of Seisan that I have seen,

@@Master-AGN este kata es Matsumura no Seisan versión Shito Ryu
Not tomari seisan.
Shitoryu has not hangetsu fachi
Seisan dachi se llama esa postura. Ese kata se conoce como Matsumura Seisan.
This is more like hangetsu shotokan than tomari seisan
