HOW TO PASS THE KNEE SHIELD - WITH FABIO GURGEL

Was a huge honor to have master Fabio Gurgel with us at Alliance Vancouver - Canada, for almost one week few months ago. Fabio is 4X World champion, founder of Alliance Jiu Jitsu, member of IBJJF Hall of fame, and also known for being one of the best coaches in the Jiu Jitsu world.
Makes me proud to be graduated as a black belt under him, and to pass forward what I've learned from him during the years at Alliance SP - Brazil.
Talking about the master skills, I can say without a doubt, once Fabio achieves a good position, your chance to return to the game may drop to zero. This is probably his main style, gradually advancing with an excellent sense of weight distribution and pressure, and many times without letting the opponent move an inch. That was how he beat great fighters like: Ricardo Arona, Amaury Bitetti, Murilo Bustamante, Roberto "Roleta” and so on.
