  • "The Volkspark Hasenheide is a park of around fifty hectares in the Berlin district of Neukölln on the border with Kreuzberg [...]
After the end of the Second World War, 700,000 m3 of rubble were used to create a hill in the western part of Hasenheide called the Rixdorfer Höhe (en: Rixdorf Height). It towers around the surrounding area, reaching a height of 68 metres (223 ft) above sea level." (from Wikipedia)
I believe Hasenheide Park in Berlin (Germany) can be a very good spot for runners. www.parkrun.co...
There are several workout stations, routes and hills. I don't know about water fountains but there are shops on Hasenheide street (North entrance).
In addition, there is another huge park nearby: Tempelhofer Feld. I already mentioned it in other videos as I'm quite fond of it.
I was not familiar with Parkrun before today, but all you need to do is signing up for free on their website and then you get a personal barcode.
With that barcode you can access any parkrun and get your timing via e-mail.
Finally, David is one of the fittest people I know and he actually enjoyed this parkrun as much as I did!
    Thank you for joining David!
till the next film or running vid,
    Yo
