I haven't watch half of the video by I would like this version of you because when you show the houses it feels like we can the the Architect that is in you. For me it feels like the architect is the bottle. We Don't get to see the Architect that is in you. In the previous video I saw Brian said to knock the wall where mirror is to make open space. I really like that. Today, you have made my day. There isnt many UK Architect this kind of work on RUclips. Now, have seen you properly, showing the property is not enough for your channel. I would like to see more like these and Brian in front of the Camera. Outstanding ❤🎉❤
Absolutely loved this! So interesting and cool to watch you style it in your own way 😊 Yours is my favourite too, I could actually see myself living there 😍 nice little change from the vlogs, keep up your amazing work!! X
Thank you for the ideas - My only positive criticism is that your finished room had roof windows, larger windows, and proportions that were not in the initial room. I couldn't therefore appreciate how I could turn a simple room like that to your beautiful end product. Videos on transformations not requiring huge changes would be more relatable....I still love your videos and your architectural knowledge. I will still be watching, so please put out one I can use soon - our playroom is beginning to become part of the family space 😊.
Love the use of glass for the space. It opened it up and made it feel airy. The divider works as well..love it. My only question is how practical is the ceiling glass/sky light in the UK especially during snowy days as it seems to be really flat and not on an incline? Great for tropical countries though i think.😊
That's such a valid point, you would usually have a very slight incline on it, only a couple of degrees rotation would be needed. Even in tropical countries, the glass should be inclined to reduce water collecting on the surface 🤓 - thanks for watching!
I'd been looking forward to a house tour but this video popped up instead. My initial reaction was one of disappointment. However, as this video went on I became more and more excited at seeing your process from empty room to finished brief. It's really interesting to see the thought processes that go into an architect's decisions. I loved your finished design as I'm a massive fan of light and space so the roof lantern and floor to ceiling windows were a wonderful addition. I could almost imagine myself sitting there reading but I would have liked the space to have been a littler bigger. Great video and I really hope we get to see more of this type of thing as it's hugely inspiring. Especially for those of us who dream of having our own architect-designed home one day. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and creativity with us, Tumi😍❤
Awesome job with the video! ❤ Loved the re-design, had all my favourite features: reading nook and picture window, that skylight, a patio, the bookcase, corner glazing, the nature/ comfort colours and light! 😍 I'd love this space in my home.
As a former practicing architect, this was very nostalgic to watch, i still find myself randomly sketching out house designs in my sparetime. I also love lots of windows within a space. Can i ask what tool you used to render the final design? Was it still sketchup pro? The entire process was delightful to watch, makes me "almost" miss being an architect.

Thanks for tuning in :)
I loved your redesign! The colours and use of windows/skylights to bring in light were perfectly done.
Thank you so much!
Love your design for the room the best. My taste is more clean and crisp with neutral colours, but introducing colours by using throws, candles etc.
Thank you!
I love your design. A great space to connect with nature while relaxing ❤
Thank you! 😊
