Watched you since the beginning and look forward to the house tours. I was wondering does anyone else visualise, where their Christmas tree would go, or could it just be me xxx
Hi Lucy, thank you so much for your support! We envision the living rooms at Christmas haha, we also envision family gatherings in the kitchen/dining :p
I don't think i have ever commented on your videos before, but, i watch almost all of it😊. This house is exquisite, beautiful and well planned. You've got a fan all the way in Nigeria 😊 Hopefully, one day, we'll be doing business together ❤
Lots of nice touches but placing a laundry cupboard right next to your living room ?. Not great when you have people around and your washing is on its last spin. Maybe the soundproofing takes care of that.
The study could easily be converted into a proper utility/boot room, and then use the cupboard in the hall for coats. Studies are a popular feature in new houses these days, but not everyone wants or needs one. The bedrooms are all a decent size, rather than having 3 doubles and a single. The only thing I don’t like is the straight staircase right in front of the entrance door.
Few thoughts from this episode... 1. Your Northern accent in the videos always gives me nostalgia from my uni days in Manchester. 2. I wish Kitchen Islands were standard without needing a luxury half-a-million price tag. 3. The sardine comment tickled me. But on a more serious note, why don't UK new builds come with reasonable bedroom space as standard? Most times, there is literally no space for the basics bed and wardrobe with having to choreograph a side-step routine.
We're currently in the market to build a new build. The Gleneagles by Cotwold Oaks and The Harwood by Bloor homes are pretty much the same for the most part.

This is possibly one of the best layouts I've ever seen you review and I watch your channel religiously. Love the number and position of windows too
And thank you for your support :)
woahhhh this is my favourite property you've toured, incredible interior design and love the layout.
I loved the banister! Wow how different 😍
The primary room with the en-suite is my favourite room

Here first

Horsham from Bloor Homes got the same layout. I recently bought this house in Basingstoke, cost me 600k.
