I learned some great tips on this one! The foam interface for the Felt pad is genius!

A comment from Phil is an early Xmas pressie. This is a cheeky top tip and makes using rayon pads a more satisfying experience.

Standard micro fibre for cleaning pre application of coating and not a window style cloth I found interesting . Suppose to apply its understandable , I use a microfibre applicator to apply mine but a window style cloth to remove .

Great work Andy, when your not in the trade it's working with what you have to hand. There's no said rule, not preparing glass in this way isn't essential just prolongs durability in my opinion.

@@jonnyshielldetailing I did something along these lines on my own car and didnt on the wifes and mine has lasted longer in terms of how well its shifting water but on the other side mine is washed more often but used less so maybe not a fair side by side comparison

Interesting! I thought that throw was 8mm! Great video. P.S. have you tried Dihydrogen Monoxide to remove the glass polish?

Nice video, quite informative, and a must before applying a glass coating. Only Criticism - get rid of the awful background music

Hahaha, I'm a huge music lover and I appreciate its not your taste but trust me it took 20 hours to edit this video and sound's shit without it trust me. Maybe another style or more fade will come next time. Thanks for commenting
