I was wondering if it's enough water spring action to keep the mosquitoes away?

Good question! I think that may depend partly on how big the water reservoir is 🤷‍♀️ The birds were absolutely crazy about this thing once they discovered it so I was refilling the bird bath every day or two after it ran dry. I *think* mosquito eggs take about a week to go from egg form in water to flying out of the water, and I haven't noticed any problems with mosquitos in my bird bath. That said - if I had just this little fountain in like a huge pond, I bet the mosquitos would find a way!
