As someone that played the game, they left out so much to sell it as dlc or get rejected without explaination, if it was the royal edition with all the scrapped things, im sure everyone will praise it more
Too bad too many people are into big boobies, and hot sexy and cute characters. Like i cant think of any anime that was just plain old fantasy no big titties, just plain old realism. Even the anime that look realistic tend to have your usual anime scenes, like even aot has those weird scenes. Like i know it creates character development but common we need more anime like Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy games all occur in the same UNIVERSE and feature similar themes (friendship, building your character, learning about yourself, and overcoming some type of evil) however most games don’t feature the same characters. Bro, the moment that old wall awaken, followed by the roar echo through the battlefield, I was like whoaaaaa the whole time until I saw the giant statue threw his fucking blade to wrap attack the fucking daemon, my jaw dropped for solid 7 minutes. What a masterpiece
I always love how character with proper limit fights, it's beautiful, because they have limit, they need to think harder to do stuff, and the result is amazing technique. Look at Nyx, there are so many people who work just like him, have the ability just like him, he's a common lad just like other people, not a destined king nor the main villain.
He's not common lol. He is part of KingsGlaive aka the best magic knights of his country. And then he got permission to use the power of Lucii temporarily. If everyone in Insomnia were this strong Nifleheim wouldve been stomped long ago.

Plus, the main reason he was able to do what he do is cuz he got granted the power of Lucii Kings at the cost of his life that's why he died in the end. Noctis's regular combat style is a little basic, sure, but once you get Armiger Unleashed his combat animations become really cool. Even his basic combat becomes pretty good once you have infinite airstep tbh.

Since he trained as a Glaive he can only know how to use chain lighting, ice shield and blinking skills which is king Regis offered them to use in battle. you rarely got a long fight like this in Hollywood's movie. while square enix just flexing us like that, as if they want to say to western world : this is how you animated a good battle.
I just realized the guardians of the Old Wall are Tonitrus (the Fierce), Crepera (the Rogue), and Somnus (the Mystic). The three bosses we fight at the end of FFXV when Ardyn summons the old wall against us... that's so freaking clever omgosh (Also the Oracle King is here too cause we see his trident being thrown but meh he doesn't count we don't even know his game xD)
There were 5 Kings of Lucii here. But aside from the Mystic, Rogue and Fierce, the other 2 only appear for like 1 scene. The Oracle, who only appears for a single scene of him throwing his trident. And the Wise, who only appears when we see the Kings breaking out of the statue stone(cut in this video).

It's amazing how once you play everything you understand everything. I remember that last Piece of Giant Armor to survive and take down that Giant and I was like why did they show that Giant Armor the most? Turns out that's the first King of the Lucians and the Brother of Ardyn and yeah what the first King did to his brother was truly messed up but at the same time too you can blame Bahamut. If you read the final script that never came out Bahamut was the mastermind and evil behind everything with his pre ordain crap just to get the stories he wants out of his amusement and the true ending is with Noctus and Luna Surviving. Well at first Bahamut turns Luna into some evil thing and then you free her and then you revolt against Bahamut and that was the true ending and a dlc that never got releases which is sad.
I really think this fight is under rated. After watching the movie upon its release only 1 thing came to my mind at the end. General Glauca was stupidly op, just imagine how crazy he would be with the rings' power

I think this movie did a great job at making a movie, it didnt have the average stuff you usually see in movies instead it just did what a final fantasy game usually did, showing beautiful things and evil things.
To this day, Im glad I chose to watch this in the movie theater. I remember seeing this showing on a Friday night passing by the theater at the mall and trying to get tickets but the showings were all sold out for that night. Decided to buy tickets for the Saturday showings even though I hated going to the mall.
Pretty good dagger if it can take repeated blows from a sword of that size and weight. Edit: How do you make a kaiju movie even more over the top? Give the giant monsters/robots teleporting powers.

I hate how many cuts there are. You can't see anything, because cut cut cut cut cut. It's not a movie, you don't need to keep them away from each other or mask the fact that they aren't really hitting each other. Just keep a steady shot and let the animators animate.
