    Cologne Cathedral, German Kölner Dom, Roman Catholic cathedral church, located in the city of Cologne, Germany. It is the largest Gothic church in northern Europe and features immense twin towers that stand 515 feet (157 metres) tall. The cathedral was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1996.

    Glad I found you McDoogle. Climbed these stairs in the dark in 1984. Once you arrived at the top, there a narrow ledge you were allowed to ease onto. The view was magnificent. The six inch square wire fencing that was "protecting" us, not so much.

    I was there in 1994 I walked 550 stairs up I remember it's beautiful I'm from America so everything in Germany is beautiful to me I went to Leipzig to Frankfurt to cologne to gummersbach were my friends live in gummersbach and I went to trier and Luxembourg France I went on a train to trier and came back on the autobahn the highway that doesn't have a speed limit with a car trier is also very beautiful and full of historic were the war took out buildings and new buildings were built the train station s in Germany are like a huge shopping mall I was in Leipzig train station is huge and beautiful I was there in the summer time it was beautiful

    There ought to be curses in the prayer books against people who scribble graffiti on church walls!
