2 very intense training days ----Starts with intense 30 minutes of cardio then an hour workout after---just bought the house recently so still transitioning---will likely get that up to 3/4
Hi Travis, please do more full body workout videos. I prefer 3 days per week, 1 hour per workout, because I don’t have time for more than that. Your 4 day split is good, currently doing a similar 3 day split I created. Thank you
I really like the template of the workouts you have, just going to slightly adjust so I could add shoulder press and maybe dead lifts, really like it though! I'm in construction and it gets mentally challenging coming home to a home gym because of being tired
It's true, though less is better than more. When I was in my 20s, I did crazy volume way too much, but now, 44, I'm motivated to get back in shape . So far, first month great 4 times a week. I wish I didn't gain an extra 35 pounds lol but I feel much better . Keep up hard work, and you look great .
Currently I have a trainer who has me working out 6 days a week as I’m preparing for a powerlifting competition in March Usually in the past I have lifted 4 or 5 days a week As a preschool teacher chasing after 3 to 4 year old kids it’s extra cardio
Could you do a video about your back issues? I herniated L5-S1 four times and have 2 other bulging discs and am getting very discouraged about working out
How many times a week do you currently train?

Currently more into running, 1 day a week for me rich hommie!
Was full body Mon-Wed-Fri but I’m ready to add a 4th day. Not sure what day that would be lol.
I could have been doing anything. Anything in the entire world. I decided to spend a little time with you Rich homie!
I appreciate you

I lift 4-5 times a week. So bad at getting cardio in since I resytructed my workouts. Seeing results though.
Looking great, Travis! I still make your “poverty brownie” from time to time (perfect when cutting). 💪🏋️♀️🦵🤘
OG!
@ yes! Way back when! ❤️🏋️♀️
Do you typically use the same weight for all your working sets on an exercise?

What paint color are your gym walls?
Gun metal I believe
I too take copious amounts of drugs.... just have never tried steroids and see the benefits lifting 4 times a week
