I really enjoy seeing how you do it all. I admire your ability to edit and organize spaces to make them work for you. I think the aspect I most admire is how inviting your home looks, at least, what you show us. The level of orderliness and tidy spaces speaks to how your brain works to make your home functional, peaceful, and productive! Who wouldn't feel like a chef in a kitchen as clean and tidy as yours?

Funny, I usually watch her videos twice as well. I always miss something the first go round because I typically leave part way through to add items she shows us to my "wishful thinking" amazon cart. 😂 She definitely influences me to get my house in order.

Ive been really enjoying decluttering and keeping on top of my home lately. The other day i emptied out and defrosted my large freezer and took inventory of everything i had, then did the same with my pantry and fridge. Meals have been better planned out as i know exactly what i have to use and so theres no waste. (i just have to remember to cross things off as i use them!) 😂 At the same time ive been organising things room by room and my home looks so much better so far. 😁

Hi single mom of two I always watch your videos all the time love them I am curious I am a first time home schooling Mom and I was wondering if you could give me any tips about making sure the kids stay on task for home schooling any programs you recommend and how did you stay ahead of making sure that they’re getting the things they need to have done without stressing him out for myself

I don’t know if you’ve ever had pantry moths as a pest in your home, but I have. I did a lot of research about containers to keep them out. I learned that those latch top type jars you like are the only container that will keep them out. The larva can chew through plastic and paper bags and they can squeeze into screw top jars. I have bought a lot of the bail top jars at thrift stores myself to keep my dry goods in so they won’t get reinvested. They will also keep them in in case one ingredient gets them, so they don’t infest anything else.
I have watched you over the years and just think it's amazing to see all the things you have gone through on your journey and how your faith has stayed balanced. My question to you is it appears your moving more into your spirituality in this season, your dress and home making has changed and you appear way more at peace, have you moved back into your Mennonite way of life? Or have you moved into "slow living"?

I thought some gf flours like almond were supposed to be refrigerated? Was I misled? Lol
They will last longer if refrigerated.. I actually store my bulk almond flour in the freezer then refill my jar as needed
