I’m not sure I would classify you as lazy! When you have small children to care for as well as your home, doing a YOU Tube channel and remodeling projects in your home, that is a lot!! Give yourself some grace girl!! I’m guessing that after all of this hard work you will continue to keep it tidy!😊
I totally agree with you. Being a wife is a full time job, and then she has little kids , that is multiple full time jobs. We women need to learn to give ourselves a break. We are too hard on ourselves sometimes.

Wow! Great job! I love the minimizing videos like your where you actually see a huge difference in what’s been gotten rid of. I will say one thing I have learned in my long on going process of minimizing is that when it comes to products especially lotions perfumes and make up items that a person can really only use 1-2 lotions or perfumes and in make up that if it’s not used frequently stick to samples if you can get them and limit any makeup that isn’t used daily. Hair spray and shampoos a person can only use 1-2 of those as well. I also have learned that if a product works there’s really no need to buy another product and if your trying to switch to cleaner products do it slowly and again try to get sample sizes first before buying full size items in case you don’t like them. Most things expire fairly quickly in makeup and sample sizes are generally the better way to go both for budget and in terms of using up the product.

It's such a bummer to see all the plastic bottles and expired items thrown out. I'm looking for a better alternative myself, too. I think Primally Pure and maybe Grove Collabrative do empty container recycling ♻️
Heads up to anyone planning on doing this: if you find expired/unused medications, they should go to a drug take back program, not the trash! Where I am, any pharmacy will take them, but look up your local rules.

This exact mentality is very toxic when it comes to decluttering. If we saved everything that could be repurposed we would never get rid of anything. We cannot feel bad for trashing items. Even goodwill trashes like 2/3rds of the stuff they get that they can’t resell.
I just don’t understand why people houses can get this messy! 😮 I guess I am a clean freak and always want and like my house clean. I also have little ones, a dog I also work, cook and still maintain a clean house. I think sometimes it’s just excuses. Idk for my mental peace I need a clean space I guess everyone is different.
